Update: Still no resolution to this issue. I have sent emails and created support tickets with GOG, Stardock, and Ironclad. Thus far Stardock is the only one who has responded to my emails, and they say everything is good on their end - my username and email are correct, and we even reset my password, but I am still getting the error. I suspect that only Ironclad can help me since ICO is run by them. I have tried looking through the game files, through the .ini settings, and anything

On a whim I installed the GOG Galaxy client and ran the game through there to see if that would allow me to connect to ICO. I can now connect to ICO, or at least it doesn't give me the "Account name not found" error message, however, it apparently seems to have given me a new or different account as it now asks me to input a new name. When I try and input my old name "Onsdag" it says that name is taken. I'd really prefer to keep my old name/account so again it seems I'm stuck and

Still can't figure out what's going on or how to resolve it. Anyone?

I have the GOG version of the game and have been playing just fine with my friends on ICO using version 1.83 as recently as last week. Today I updated to the newest version on GOG and now whenever I try and connect to ICO I get an error message "Account name not found." What must be done to resolve this issue so I can play on ICO again? Thanks!
