Though the buy button is lit, and there are plenty of raw materials, in this version I cannot get labs or capital ship factories to build. Didn't have this problem before, so I must be doing something wrong. Help?
Know I'm missing something obvious, but in the new version I cannot get labs or the capital ship factory to build even though the buy buttons lit up and have plenty of raw materials. Didn't happen in the version originally downloaded. A hand, please?
