someone(i assumed the person i got matched with) said that from their POV, I quit the game. But from my POV it is still "match ready!"

Hello, whenever i try multiplayer ranked match 1v1 i get matched but gets stuck with status “match ready!” i cant make multiplayer work. Help please. Thanks
