I want to create 6 overpowered technologies at the endgame for each faction. Anyone has a manuel for doing that? best Regards

Could you make it possible that gamers are able to share artifact effects with an allied? Or better a new game option to be set before start of a new game where the player decides if artifacts are shared with alliences or not. This would be very nice and would make so much fun on multi-player.
