Starbase Range Increase not retroactive? in Galactic Civilizations Series Stardock Forums

I picked up the Inventive trait (+2 starbase range) and while it shows up in the UI, it's not picking up any new resources that are now in range. And the problem is that I placed my starbases specifically to take advantage of the increased range. <p
