I've noticed both with 1.12 and with entrenchment occasionally certain ability notification graphics are applied to the inside of an items model making it tough to see if that craft has the effect.  I've noticed this with the resupply on the argonev starbase.  When gauss and hangers diaplay the resupply graphic fine, on civil and military research buildings the resupply buff graphic is inside of the building making it tough to see (aside from the infocard) if the buff is applied as well.  Same happens for the marzas radiation bomb and desinate target on the cielo vs certain buildings.
