i am no modeller or coder, the only area where i could offer my help is balancing as that is something where i have a lot of experience and i think i have also enough knowledge of star trek to balance ships/abilities in a manner which makes sense.

no offense but in the end it doesnt matter and adds nothing to the game. It simply averages out over time and unlike in CoH there are a lot more units involved in combat which arent so fragile so u wouldnt even notice the effect. Its just a lot of work with nearly no impact on gameplay. There are other ways to make combat more interesting.
ok another update. I wasnt satisfied with the current stats so i have redone the armor and damage types from scratch. I also added a destroyer type ship. For Vasari its the overseer, for advent the subjugator and for the tec the command cruiser. With this i want to close the gap between light frigates and heavy cruisers. well it has a reason ppl suggest such things for mods. Those franchises are simply successfull ie ppl like them so why not have em in a game like Sins. Personaly for example id also really like to see an EVE mod. Anyways i think its better to copy something with good quality than to make something new with bad quality and creating your own "franchise" is not really an easy task. Sins Mods like "Dawn of Victory" or "The Last Stand" are a rare exception, at least for now, cause a

updated the link and file (just redownload it) to v1.01, it fixes a problem with the pirates (i forgot to replace the 7DS pirate ships which arent balanced yet with the vanilla ones).

Leinad's Epic Rebalance Mod is an adjustment for 7 deadly Sins which i first created for my personal LAN games with friends to match our personal taste. Now i thought why not share it with the community and even enhance it with the suggestion of the people around.
