i don't follow it. with lost, heroes, the office, survivor, trailer park boys and even jericho, my palette is full. plus i've had a wealth of people of whom i totally don't trust their taste try to convince me to watch it.

they've been using 360 images since games came out on cds as far as i can remember. i seem to have a faint memory of a star trek interactive cd where you could explore the ship and it had a lot of 360 screens. there's even some 3d desktop wallpaper programs that do this same affect where your wallpaper moves depending on where the cursor is.

company of heroes... nuff said... It wasn't the most exciting year for pc gaming, that's for sure. I'd have to say that it's really hard to beat Company of Heroes. For me it's a shoe in. The game is amazing on all fronts, right down to using no copy protection, which oddly made me feel compelled to go right out and buy the damn thing(just like galactic civ 2) I've logged over 160 hours on it to date, money well spent. So what do you guys and gals pick for your game of the year on pc?

i never really found it that scary. a few times it made me jump with the ceiling fan ninjas... but that's about it. it seemed like the whole game was building up to something bigger, and more exciting, and just never delivered.
