Another idea for pirates is "privateers" which are basically allied pirates. Pirates in your territory that don't hurt your ships but prey upon enemy systems... then run back to your systems to sell their booty, repair, and rearm... i like the sound of that...

nuclear warfare is a BAAAAAD idea if your fighting for land, cuz that would mean you cant live in it for 100's of years (at least, not if you dont want to die anyway)

I can only play this game on my laptop and a mouse isn't always avalable/useable, and when i use the mouse pad then the mouse wheel on it dosn't work. could you fix this please?
