so some point recently apparently the ai got buffed in a few areas that makes my turtle strategy not very effective anymore. the ai uses its armor regen abilities effectivly to cancel out my metor swarm, and now they hit planets they are attacking with super weapons to disable my defenses at the right time instead of just random. im dissapointed honestly, i enjoyed defending against huge waves, and now i cant do it anymore. never thought i would c

i did, but i figured out what was happening, or actually, i dident figure out what was happening, but it seemed to have just solved itself after a few tries, and the games showed up
i had basically had the "trinity" equivalent in individual purchases, but after logging into my account today i see that i not longer have these games tied to my account, did gamestop remove them? how do i get them back?

there was a mod a while back that would cause minor nations to send their ships out to attack their neibors, it was called universe at war or something, it was cool, i would like to see something like this as well
the new difficulty settings are pretty good, and i like that the ai are working together to take down a system, but i do agree that it would be nice if the ai was more moddable. supreme commander is a good example of an ai that can be modded pretty good

a reinstall did not work, but when i loaded up distant stars, it fixed it, so i will just go with that for now
the ai horde map is messed up i think, it pits one ai against you and 8 other ai, instead of 9 ai against you
its really odd, the terran planets are like this partially bluish sphere thats barely visible with the little doodad ships flying around them is there any way for me to fix this?
i dont see it, did i patch it right? i opened the zip, and then copied the contents of the patch folder into my version .90 folder, and overwrote

im not saying the tougher pirate mod needs this, they are already pretty tough, but i was wondering why is it whenever i see tougher pirate mods they dont add shields to the pirate ships? even if it was one point of shielding it would give them up to 50% increased damage reduction, that would make even vanilla pirates pretty scary to me [e digicons]8C[/e]
