I know its summer, but come on, I had some free time this weekend, so I popped on ICO and to my shock there were 6 people online (TOTAL) and 4 of them were AFK... I came on 4-5 times over the Saturday-Sunday period and the numbers were the same, with the most people online on Saturday mid-day. Is SINS in a bit of a summer slump? I pretty much only play single player, but that is more due to time restrictions. Average game is 2 hrs.
