In Diplomacy when I would make a planet capable of having 2 or more star bases it would work fine. However when I do it in Rebellion the abilities for the all but the first base is disabled. Am I missing something? Or is it broken?

thanks I forgot a directory.
I tried to mod the game and put the entity manifest file in but it did not contain all of the files. Also I got a checksum of 0 which means the mod was not going to work. Am I doing something wrong and where is a manifest file with all of the entity files in it?

Is there a way to mod the pirates so they will attack a planet even if it is not owned? In creating a mission I would like to attack a planet that is not yet owned but has a lot of enemy ships.
I just updated Sins and Entrenchment and it used to work but the new convert data program will not run now. Is there something special I need to do?
I tried to convert bin to txt and got an errro saying the program could not be run. I have XP64 but have run the program before.
Ok I have put the manifest file into the mod directory and still my mods do not work. Could someone please tell me how to make my mods work without putting the mods into the gameinfo folder in the game?
The ones listed there are not read in the mod folder. Do I have to move the manifest file somewhere?
so if I add the files I have in the mod folder into the entity.manifest file the mod will work? In other words the files in the manifest and the folder have to match?
I added some sins files also into the mod folder because some of the files I wanted to mod were not in the Entrenchment gameinfo folder. What do I have to do with the manifest file? It looks like it has a list of all of the files in it.?

Ok I down loaded the latest fix and when I put my mod in the 1.01 folder the Entrenchment game sees it. I enable it and apply and no errors but no checksum either. What is the secret?

Does anyone have the Entrenchment Gameinfo files in text? I tried to use the convert data program and it did not work on these files at least for me. I am running XP64. If I am using the convertdata program wrong then any help would be useful. Thanks.
