bought each part on sins on release and have never once even thought about going online with it i dont like working as hard as needed to play online and i really prefer very long games, with my custom maps i can spend days sometimes weeks on a single game multiplayer games tend to be tons of micro management and rushing and i just refuse to play that way, its not fun for me

so tomorrow is the official release and i was just wondering what will happen to the beta client, will we have to download the release version or will we just have to patch up the beta to release status?

yes i would very much like a toggle, i really only play single player and usually throw in an AI ally for myself but the AI in general cant seem to cope with the constant novalith spam the limit of 4 helps but when you play say 3vs3 thats still 12 that can be built and spammed which forces me to build a starbase at every planet to keep control and the AI simply doesnt do the same so my AI allies get wiped out pretty quick as i side note if i build a starbase in

people are freaking because of the way gamestop operates and the way they have treated the PC market within their stores most stores have reduced their PC stocks to just a small rack which they only use for the big sellers like wow and the sims its pretty bad when walmart carries a bigger PC selection then a company that claims to be all about gaming

you should never put all your ships in 1 fleet i like to make 2 fleets that are almost exactly the same, 1 offensive and 1 defensive, i usually have about 10 of each ship per fleet minus planet bombing ships which i find fairly useless also build at choke points and upgrade them to have max hp and firepower and put up lots of defensive structures the idea is to ensure your outer planets can hold their own against small to me

i'm stuck on dial-up so whenever a big patch comes around i have to take the laptop to the city to get my downloads so as we all know i cant just save the patch to update my desktop later so i installed sins and impluse on the laptop and headed to town, i was told that i can either copy the whole sins folder or have impluse archive it in order to get the updated version to my desktop anyway i decided to archive it so that i could just save the whole thing on a disc but i cant

played my first on normal last night, got utterly crushed lol i always play 2vs2 with the AI and i try to expend to create choke points so i dont have to defend 10 plants at once 1 of the AI was taking down my ally so i went to help but ran into a fleet of the other AI blocking my path i couldnt just let my ally die so i fought through them but when i finally made it to help my ally my fleet was to small to help and i got crushed so my ally was killed and my fleet dest
Then there's the fact that Halo is horribly mediocre and boring, as opposed to Sins, which whilst it lacks a campaign requires far more skill, is a lot more engaging, and (unlike halo) seems to lack 12 year old boys yelling "FAGGGGGGOT" through my speakers every time they lose...
and thats why i'll never play xbox live while i do like halo it doesnt deserve the rep it has honestly its just another fps clone as for sins being comparable you can say that f

honestly you cant really compare the 2 games, i have and love both of them but they are very different sins is pure RTS and much more realistic where as EaW is an RTS and the campaign/galactic conquest is turn based with RTS battles as for running it on a laptop it all depends what your laptop can do, myself i have an inspiron 1521 which has a pretty dated graphics card and sins runs much better for me however from doing some testing sins seems to use the processor more then th
