no, altering the mesh files wont help.
I could do that.. But my end goal is to have completly nomadic races. Like in Homeworld. I'll message a develeper if no body knows.... Also, i'll be sure to do something so that it isn't Hell to chase down one frigate. Maby I'll make it REALLY slow.
I remember in the past, I have played games where certain players had lost All thier planets, but were able to stay alive becouse they owned a colony frigate. So, I am trying to make a mod that completely elliminates the need for planets. And I pretty much need the colony frigates to keep my new civs from dying. However, now when I test it. (even with no mod on) I build a colony frigate, and I scuttle my planets. I die. So, what is go
no, they don't They only need to be added thier if you want to build them. I found the problem, it was in my Manifest.
I havn't touched the player Entity files
I am working on my first mod in Entrenchment. I have added a bunch of new entities. And I am fairly sure that i have updated the manifest correctly, however I get this wierd error for each of my new entities Failed to find data file 'FrigateTechFrigateConstruction'. (SubPath = GameInfo) anybody know what that means?

apart from importing it to .XSI format. (difficult to do) than rotatting it in XSI mod tool than converting it ALL the way back into .mesh. I see no way to do it.

Hey! I am part of a VERY small mod group called Wraith Mod productions. We are doing crazy things like making gameplay mods that make sins games last shorter than 45 minutes, and turn sins into an RPG. On our extensive agenda is making a Campain for sins. It will be very difficult, but we WILL do it.
First, I sugest that the ability only make one ship. You buy one ship, you get one ship. If you want a second ship, you then buy anouther one... when you say "spawnable ships" are you talking about generating frigates? Or calling them in? Smoke and debris? Half Smashed Planets? Pls explain more. And pls see our forums, we can help better if you post thier.
Telekinesis and of course, and ability to "feel" what your moving. Becouse with that, all other superpowers will follow. Even Telepathy (you could "feel" the electrical paterns in a person's brain, and so read them)

Thier is anouther way to import .mesh files from sins using two differnt tools 3D object Converter and Quick 3D geomitry I just don't remember presiscly how. But again, you only get the MESH, you lose the UV mapping.
yea, shadow, none of your abilities actully used the "isphasedout" entity Bool Modifier. Other than that, I have no experience with the matter.

The file you are looking for is the GalaxyScenarioDef.entity file. Otherwise known as teh GSdef. I sugest you look at it, and learn to use it well. It is VERY important. (FYI, shadow HATES the thing...lol)
but, you want it WITHOUT an ability right? thier is a way to do it. look at the effect likes for the weapon itself, thier should be a "FiringEffect" or "Chargupeffect" or something along those lines. I'm too lazy to look up the wording right now, but if you can't figure it out, then I can look it up for you.
