I actually do like that idea. Text warnings can obviously be in english (like it says on the bottom an enemy fleet has arrived) But voices in their actual language would be awesome if you ask me.

It just has a short duration good for knocking out escaping enemy capital ships.
Alright so I found a pact bug. When you are TEC and you have the favored client research , this gives you a 15% discount on the black market (so a green 15%). When you have the Pricing Pact with a vasari player this is supposed to give a further 10% discount but the symbolism shows a green -10%. This negative sign discrepancy messes it up and having both indeed lowers your discount to only 5%. Just tested it and this is the case. I haven't gone in depth to test possible other issues regar

To add to my ship mesh inquiry above...and to bash more on the dunov, I never noticed this but it doesn't appear to have a hanger bay like every other TEC capital ship.

Are all ships getting a graphics upgrade? Because some look fine enough (like newer ships, envoys, anti-module cruisers) Others, even on highest settings still look blurry and boring, to pull one out of the hat, the Dunov. Also a tiny suggestion (this could even be before rebellion) Capturable resource asteroids in non-colonizables are very useful for that extra income but, especially when playing with AI, I find dealing with them to get really annoying and just give up

But are non-vasari allies capable of using a vasari ally's gate connections?
Yes but i mean going to an ally planet and jumping from one allied planet to another which both have gates.
So the vasari phase pact says it allows allies to use each other's phase gates. Is this just if each of you are both vasari? Because I was playing as TEC and could not utilize my ally vasari's phase gates. I hope it's a bug because that would be disappointing if it was just for vasari players.
