Update on the Achilles. After extensive work, and a nagging attempt to learn XSI correctly, we have the model ingame, temporarily at the moment. The mesh Im about to show you was exported with XSI, but for some reason the shading is being weird, and exporting through max is just not an option anymore. Anyhow, here is the Achilles ingame. The Achilles will be a Capital Ship and will carry 2 squadrons of 10 fighters, one of F-302s most likely, and the second squadron of the new fighters.

well for this particular model, I found a sketchup model of the 302 that looked pretty accurate, and from there I took renders of it, and then built the mesh you see now off of it. Another way to do it is to draw up each section first, to see how you should build it.
UPDATE: I havent heard from Kosher117 in a few days, and as he was working on textures for the 302, I havent gotten anything on its progress. So... this being the case, I have started on the textures for the 302, they are really basic right now, the detailing will come later, here is a screen of it. Got a bit of an update for you all. Its not much, but its enough to post about. HIVE: I have fixed up the hyperspace effect to now encompass the entire Hive, and have shots of it, and I have also been working slowly, yet surely, on the Hives explosion and Im close to getting it perfect. Poseidon is partially ingame, we have the model ingame, just not with the right textures. Prometheus is finished with getting a facial, a.k.a. model was rebuilt, and now all she needs is textures, then I will get shots of both of them ingame.

I was just being curtious to the people who have asked for the ModDB site for this mod to be made, so I did so. Mod progress is still slow, the Stargate Effect is giving me more trouble then I wanted it to... Will post more when I have it.
