First: Even if the AI has 3 capital ships and an good sized fleet they refuse to attack an Pirate Base. This is normally not an issue, but sometimes random maps place an Pirate base between the AI and the rest of the map and because of this bug they AI is trapping it self into it's starting area. Solution: Make the AI not be afraid of Pirates and have them attack them without mercy. Second: This one is kinda funny but is annoying, If you have an two AI game with no o

How do you create an AI vs AI match? Btw are these forums broken? My posts aren't showing up.
How do you create an AI vs AI match? It won't let me remove myself from the game. EDIT: So that's where my posts went you can delete the extras. >.

One comment: EPIC WIN Now I hope they put FA on this service. (FA= My favorite Game of all time, followed very closely By Sins)
1) Improve preformance on medium sized fleets and bigger. (30ish ships) 2) Add a option to go into slower then 1x gameplay. (would be extremely helpful in creating huge fights for movies without needing a super-computer) Also would be a tempariy fix for #1 (Was one of my favorite things about SupCom, you could make any sized fight but if it was too laggy you could slow it down to playable FPS) 3) Related to #2 Make it so your computer doesn't have to be all powe
.....Well if the Vasari are all male use cloning, gene engineering and other muesures to maintain there population. There Wives?
Lol I can actully see that happening! The husband's and wife's argued over what to do for dinner, the wife gets the knife chases the husband to his space car, and the wife follows in her car. Just imagine that on a galatic scale.
Found the problem, I acciendently inserted a blank line when I was adding stuff.
I screwed something up as I get a runtime error at startup. This is what I Changed: group condition type "PlanetOwnerIsMilitia" param "" owner "PlanetOwner" colonizeChance 0 items 40 item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "Tech:Frigate:Light" item "
I mean instead of a planet having 3 Heavy cruisers, 4 Light Frigates, 2 hanger bays, 5 Defence platforms, i want to change it to 9 heavy cruisers, 17 light figates, 4 hanger bays, and 10 defence platforms at a planet. I have a map I made called "war for the colonies", where the starting star has few precolonized planets and little resources, but a star rich in resources is one jump away, but every planet there has been precolonized by NPC's (not AI just a random group that owns a planet but does
As the title says I can't find the precolonized (as in the neutral colonies you can put in, in the in game map editor) planet files. I have spent well over 9 hours looking an relooking for the files containing the info on what ships and structures are at precolonized planets. (I'd like to increase the amount, so there are bigger fights and to make it harder to gain control of that planet) Any help would be nice.
WTF double post.
Here found it. [link="https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/post.aspx?postid=176526"]Advent Culture[/link]
I think I read a post some time back of a guy who won a game without shooting anyone. I'll try and find the thread.
5: It didn't just, like, refuse to build, it started building, built 1% and 27 HP worth of the building, and then stopped.
Witch means that the research or planet upgrade needed is not done yet. Thats what happened to me I just waited and it did finish eventully. It's only cause I know that does what you describe. oh and the most likely reason it's the novalith is that it uses ALOT of tactical cap. And it happened to me before with another structure
Could be that the replay somehow was recorded by the game as a actual match and added the achievements. Was one of the players Advent?
I have had a Planet directly INSIDE a Gas Giant, making it virtally impossible to select the planet inside. (There is a way but it really is tricky and screws with the camera, witch is to zoom inside the planet.
jinx, wait till you get a wormhole below a planet, it makes it so if you zoom into the planet it gets really dark (as though you lost scouting there, even if you have ships in both wells) forcing me to use a specific angle if I wanted to view the battles.
I have had a Planet directly INSIDE a Gas Giant, making it virtally impossible to select the planet inside. It seems to be for me that if I order a lab and order somthing for the new tech level before the lab is built, but then order a research of a lower tech, when the lab is finished it will immedtately switch to the higher level one from the lower level one, done or not. But it will finish eventully, just after the topics that you ordered before are done. Example: T1 T2 - - Order of research T2,T1 You have only one lab finished, but 2 have been ordered
Please keep it up and please do NOT do a SupCom on us, where the devs were frequently talking with the community at first then just vanished after that. (They have not had a patch for their expansion for over 3 months, yet there are plenty of issues left, and the devs have said they're working on one, but they have said VERY little about it other then it's in the works.)
Has anyone tried building 5-9 TEC trade ports at each planet, It got to insane levels of income when I tried it. I went from 50 cedits/sec to around 150 cedit/sec after fleet upkeep (Would have been almost 200/sec if I hadn't gotten fleet upkeep). And I only did that at a few planets, and I filled up the empty spots on my planets with trade ports. Note, that most likly will not work in a real game, I was just curious, and decided to test it.
The fixing of the insane loading times at start up, (I loaded a old game, and I paused it so I could let it load in game (isn't that what loading screens is for?) knowing it tend to take awhile, i go watch Tv and eat dinner, 2 hours later and it has not loaded a single thing!!!!! I unpause it immeadattly starts to load, witch took so long I gave up after 15ish min. It has always done this to some degree (With this game) but that is a worst case of loading time ever. So
Also your probally going to want to get the colonizer cap ship first, otherwise you have to use a frigate. (Thus failing the achivement)Or pay the high cost to allow for a second cap ship.
Also it can use up 75% of your income late in the game.
