What plans do you have for ships abilities? Some fancy stuff like imperial probes for planets inifiltration and command aura or fighter bonus for some bigger ships or more like utility stuff like super laser for Eclipse, missile salvo for Tyrant, underside beam cannon for Venerator.

Does Sins allow to have overall only one type of fighter and bomber, or it's one type of F and B per ship (for example Victory would have TIE Fighter and bomber, but Executor would have TIE Advanced and Assault Gunboats)?? BTW does ships classifed as frigates in Sins standards - like Nebulon, will have it's fighter squadrons ??
all capships have custom names and they can be renamed. SO you could rename your 1st ship to "Flagship".
Does SotSE 1.04 allow to have more than 5 cruisers, 5 capitals and 5 frigates types? EJ how do you plan to put such number of SW if there is such hardcoded limit ??

This frigate has a nice military look. It remind me an idea for a new TEC race. Idea was like that: most of TEC people are peaceful traders which were pict of by Advent deviations so they exiled them. Among of TEC people there was another nation that wasn't entirely "normal" to TEC standards. This one, opossing to Advent deviations, like an agressive and militaristic life (however only agains each other, attack on other TEC were none or rare). They afraid that they are next on exile lis

I think that support frigate should be 2 in 1 = Robotic cruiser and light carrier, but it would be more expensive. Light frigate => HW1 assault frigate or Vaygr assault frigate, or higgaran ICF. LRM frigate => should be HG torp frigate and vaygr missile frigate and HW1 ion frigates. Also I think that it would be better to have 4 races separated: Kushans, Taiidans, Vaygrs and Higarrans. Some non canon models would nice to fill gaps (like no siege frigates).
I have an Idea for FS style subspace jumps in SoaSE. -All star sysstems linked via phase lanes (no direct star to star jumps) or even better a wormholes that ale linked in pairs so you can jump between only two, not all of them. -In systems all sectors (planters, asteroids) are linked to 70-80% of other sectors in that system (for example you should not be able to jump through star - coz it would look stupid - so sector directly opposite would not be avaliable to jump) <br
Personnaly I think that Dunov is a nice looking ship - bit blocky but nice. Same with Marza. I agree that Kodiak is UGLY and that pirate Cuttroath > Kodiak but BTW does anybody think that Kol looks (in general) like Homeworld Taiidan Qwaar-Jet heavy cruiser ??

Although I have bit weaker configuration that minimal vanilla requirements - your kickass mod works perfectly - I haven't noticed any lag increase comparing to vanilla (which works fine even with full fleets in 5p match). Greate job.
Yup, CSS Astrid was one of the coolest space ships I ever saw. It was carrier/assault ship/battleship hybrid.
I think that Homeworld music track no. 7 "imperial battle music" should be a battle track not "quiet" track - it was a battle music in HW1.
I also noticed bigger lag with 1.5. Previous version (excluding pirate CTD) worked fine.
Too bad that SotSE arent available in Europe yet and even don't have a retailer in Poland - I still hope that after very good ratings in US someone from polish retailers will notice the potential of this game - if not then it would be very bad and would practically encourage piracy (lost of people really don't like to buy a single game from abroad). Even worse is that polish retailers have a "must be translated" policy to lower the cost of the game and make it fit to polish salary stand
