Wow. ****ing service culture. "I DEMAND you fix this problem!" "Uh, okay, sure. We're trying our best but nothing seems to be working." "I DEMAND YOU FIX IT RIGHT NOW!" "Fine. Since you seem to know so much, why don't you help us figure out how?" "It's not my job to fix the problem, that's yours!" "Then STFU and let us do our jobs."

Let me just jump in here and say that, actually, it is increasing. Something astrophysicists dub "dark energy" is expanding the space between galaxies (all matter, actually) and causing them to move accelerate faster and faster away. It's pretty interesting stuff., worth looking up on Wikipedia at least. :)
I lol'd.
Hey, I can make up forum stories too. Once I beat a Vasari player by scout rushing him. See? It's easy to make things up to bolster your case!
While granted I've yet to play against REAL HUMANS, in my test games I've actually found that there's little reason to build a starbase. A network of defense platforms supported by hangars costs about the same as upgrading a starbase and has the added advantage of providing a wider area of coverage - in particular the Advent seem well off, what with the shield-granting hangars and Synergy ability. The only base I find useful is, indeed, the Vasari one, and that's because it can putter
Well look at it this way; Blizzard's fanbase has been screaming for a Diablo 3 and a Starcraft 2 for a decade now. Given how things usually roll in the gaming industry, can you really fault a developer for giving people what they want?
*gets his eyes checked*
Fileplanet is evil and doesn't want to let me download the file. Doesn't even let me pick a server! Which sucks, because this mod looks like something I'd like. Any mirrors out there?
Please IC, if you're going to nerf something have the patch notes reflect it. Let this be the last stealth-nerf in Sins. You guys aren't the EVE Online devs. :P
What's a "turrent"?
Mwahahahaha...
I love it. Any chance the shield hit effects might be tweaked in a later version? I've always thought they could stand to be more noticable.
Love the new race, but in terms of story... It's more than a bit overused to make the aliens that are bigger and badder than the current big bads simply older than the next oldest race. Consider; the Vasari developed a large interstellat empire. Why did they not encroach on or get noticed by these Atlantians sooner? I would suggest a departure from the rule that the adversary of the big-bad-ancient race is a bigger-badder-ancienter race; what about a younger race with an
