The other night me and my gamer buddy (watooce) had a fricken great idea . How to make the Pirates just down right Nasty! What if the rats had a Orbital Cannon from one of the factions. But it would be random cannon every time you played the game. Also they would fire this cannon once the bounty hit a certain amount on the pirate raids bounty. Say like 10K or 20K, so as not to let people SPAM it. Have it also as option. To turn it off or on in the start up gam

I have looked over some of the files. I think changing the titan research modifier from .25 per level, to .50 or even 1.0 you could have 2 - 4 titans per player. Yikes wonder if that will crash the game when it's finished? Noticed the Phase titans also in there and playerPhase file. Yeah I forgot the edit button. My bad. I installed it into a folder in the sins game folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Harpoo Mod Utilities I've been able to run this from the desktop. In winXP SP3... ____ I did try installing straight to the game folder of Sins. Same error... Hmm....

Hey Buddy, thank you for all the work you have done. I been updating my mods threw your work. I just updated to Win7 64bit. Now the updater won't work. Can't find exe's and so on. Wondering if you can update the program for Win7. I know it's a pain in the A&^. But hang in there buddy. I know you can do it. Or please show me a work around for it to work... Anything else just please ask... Thanks Again...

Okay I am at a loss of trying to give the rats a Starbase. From any race. How would you do it? Is it also possible to give Random Neutral or Rebel planets Starebases also? Could I make the Rats have level 5 Capital ships? Same with Neutral or Rebel forces? Sharing, Buying or capturing other races technology?.. Any ideas? Like getting advent Antimatter Recharge?
