So when's the second expansion coming out, Blair? Huh? HUH?! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons];P[/e]

I'm guessing all the planet upgrades go away if you do that?
Well, that'd be more of an economic victory, but still cool. :) I hate how prominent the militaristic aspect of the game is. I wish that military force was implemented only as a last resort, or at least only used for aggressive empires. Basically this game still boils down to how strong you are militarily.
What about sending the ships to the closest operational phase gate from the one destroyed? Though I do think it's fine how it is. :P
I'd like to see us have more control over capital ship ability levels... I hate the caps imposed...
Yeah, it'd be nice to have some lvl 10 abilities. It'd make some capitals more specialized instead of all lvl 10 caps of a single type being the same.
Can ninjas steal a copy of Entrenchment beta for me? [e digicons]*_*[/e]
I think that cap ships should at least deal damage to friendlies when destroyed. That's a LOT of junk flying around!
I wanna see two starbases with big fists punching each other!
The problem with an estimate is that if something happens and it has to be pushed back, everyone will complain. And I mean complain even more than they are now. [e digicons]^_^[/e]
I know when it comes out but I'm not telling. [e digicons]}:)[/e] edit: PS. I don't really know when it comes out, so don't message me asking. lol
First one free could work pretty well. Or maybe make the structure cheap and the upgrades you can add on increase the cost, so you can slowly spend on the starbase. If you lose it early on, it wouldn't be as much of a loss then.
YES! I was going to post about this really soon too. lol The newly captured ships having auto join fleets on is annoying... And the Sentinels not being able to turn off their charged missles ability (I think that's what it was) means you get a useless ship. I haven't tried getting an Assailant to see if it's the same.
TEC focusses on credits, Vasari on recources Advent are somewhere between, however, u can get around 90% of TEC credit income and 90% of vasari recource income, if u play smart first of all, Progenitor coloinze ability reduces infrastructure upgrade, this is the best colonize ability in the game secondly: advent have a tier 3 tradeport, means they can get credits pretty easily ii
If you like playing multi, then play it. Don't let your lack of experience stop you from learning from pros. [e digicons][/e]
Or give each player a certain amount of "points" so they can pick what they want to start off with. That way not everyone has to start with stuff that they don't want/need for their strategy.
But the question is, is that 500 cr or whatever you spend on pirate bidding worth more there, or in 1 more ship for you to make?
Maybe Impulse should stop being lazy and do its homework! [e digicons]:D[/e] [e digicons]|-)[/e]
There was another post about this same thing: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/331349 Still very interesting. Never had it happen to me...
Sometimes when I'm playing, I get caught up looking at the UI and get slaughtered.... Is there something wrong with me? I know this won't be possible, but making the UI customizable would be cool too. There's some stuff I never touch that I'd like to not see on screen. Or to move the empire tree around and stuff like that... Ya' know, that's just me being demanding.... haha
Can the Kostura target stars or uncolonizable grav wells? I don't play Vasari enough to know? [e digicons]^_^[/e] Just tell me if that's a stupid question. hahaha
Me three. I need to play online more....
Can't give you any examples as I haven't played mp, but stuff always comes up in games so I'm sure there's gotta' be something (if not done yet, to be done later). Oh, and I'd call smurfing a form of cheating. Only if you're actually seeking out noobs of course.
I'll think about playing online once Entrenchment comes out. [e digicons][/e] As for now I've gotten a little rusty and am starting to get back into the game after a few months off. I'm just worried about what everyone else is: people who don't play FAIR! Yes, I know it's a game and I shouldn't take it seriously, but is it any fun when after playing the game and going through a replay you realize there was no way you could have won an
Well, if the ai is targeting the inhibitors first than he would still waste time cos he needs to destroy it + run away to the edge of the gravity well.
Yeah, but would you rather have the AI actually DOING something that you can react to instead of it just sitting there while it waits to jump out? And depending on how many ships it has in the fleet, it might succeed in destroying the PJI in less time than it would take
I just used the "find space ponies" upgrade.
