I think it's important for the developers to look into the feedback of expert players (whether real or self-professed experts) to see what kind of issues they find with the balance with respect to that type of (expert) game experience. But they definitely need to take into consideration the silent majority and how any of these balance suggestions may affect them (like it or not, the silent majority is the bread and butter of the game company). I refuse to pay a subscription to play any game. That being said, mini-packs are something I'd consider as long as, like many have already stated, there was significant content to warrant the purchase. I do buy sequels and/or expansions for games I like though. I think patches should remain free though, so they should be independent of any new content up for purchase. Then there's the whole community fracturing aspect, which is something that should be carefully considered. It

Humor doesn't always translate well on-line. Consider if someone didn't get the Spaceballs reference (I didn't), the fact that many here are not native English speakers, and also the last line of the post. If it weren't for the final line of his post, I'd have assumed it was just a joke. That last line makes me wonder though.

I commend you on being budget conscious, but if you think $30 is too steep for a new video game, then I'd suggest you're turning your entertainment budget to the wrong area. Your best bet is to either cruise the bargain bins for older games and play them, or just forget about playing new titles altogether. $30 is a bargain for a new game, and even the $40 price point is a good deal.

Then hit the Show Mod Path button. Quit and see if it shows up (this is what I did before I finally found it - I don't know if that created it or not, but it'

Look in: C:\Documents and Settings\**YOUR_USERNAME**\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods You may have to enable 'show hidden files and folders' in order to find it.
