Too bad I just saw this post for the first time today...I would've loved to get in the 1v1. UE, I know you said it is already closed, but if you want to add 1 more for the 1v1, I'd be interested. In game name is the same as my post name...would play Vasari, and in Missouri so Central Time Zone. If not, maybe I'll catch the next one...if there is one.

Just wondering if you devs have a better idea on a possible update date for this next release. Will it possibly be next week or later than that??? Just curious.

I agree the AI could be lot better at choosing when and where to trigger abilities. My whole point was that there are times when micro certain abilities can be tedious and a waste of time. In essence, it can hamper you and your abilities to run your entire empire at times.

Yeah, I tend to agree with VRap on this. the SB's seem close to right as far as slots and upgrades goes...just think that they need more range and the balance of being stronger as a whole. right now the balance is just not right in that aspect.

Well, actually the exact words of the dev were that they would try to have something for us by the end of this week. They never said that it would be by Thursday exactly. I believe that it was another user said that they would expect it to be by Thursday just going off of what has happened in the past. exactly...peeps put too much into that and then expect it to happen exactly then. sometimes things happen to where they cannot meet that exact day and time. I'd rather it be done right and come out a day or two later than to have them rush it. [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]

The newest update was supposed to be done today...if everything went according to plans over at IC. I'm guessing it still isn't up as no one has posted anything on it yet. I'm still at work and haven't had the chance to check Impulse to see if it's up or not.

True...but then there's some micro that is better left to the AI to take care. ie the Assailants mode. Can't really think of an instance where I would want to micro that ability on my own. At some point it just becomes a complete waste of time.

I play the Vas exclusively and have played the expansion with them as well. I must say that this new ability on the Kos does give the Vas a definitive advantage. However, as stated in a post above, the ships that you send in are basically on a suicide mission. Now, there are many ways to take advantage of this. I'm sure that the Devs know all about these situations and already have plans in place to balance this out a little. Patience young Padawans.&nb
