hmmmm, why? wanna keep trolling? By the way now I feel Hoshikos are a little bit lame..... probably lamer than Mazda.
My point still stands though: Why do you ignore the tools you have and ask for a simpler, op, all in one package deal?
Ah, because we don't have tools at all in the first place. By the way, do you understand why bombers are NOT recommended at virtually any situation? ... I think I was a bit harsh and
What i said remains true no matter how hard you try to deny it. youre unwilling to use the tools given to you and expect the game to change to your needs.
And this is another evidence, while you are surely one of people who do not play multiplayer, you are lazy enough to not read any articles in Multiplayer and Strategy section of this forum.

You should give us a good, valid reason why Vasari players are forbidden to use any kind of anti-structure firepower. *If you say "starbase", you are wrong.
I think the problem is that once I'm at the point in the game where I can build and defend a starbase on an enemy planet, I usually already have a fleet that can destroy the planet quicker and then move on. And the regular meteor ability is not bad at all(although it does ned alittle more since it only hits shields...maybe a 10%chance to hit penalty for a minute of so after the strike). And since the advent starbase can't mo
how long does it take to make a vasari starbase? a couple minutes? considering how long it takes to transport a fleet, i don't think it's that bad. bring in a migrater with a decent sized fleet and most importantly a mine layer ship and you start that puppy up and surround it with mines, then you let your fleet go. i think it would work very well, by the time you get your f
The planet bombandent ability of Advent starbase and anti-structure weapon of Vasari starbase are failure by design. Maybe Advent case can be worked as preventing people from claim the planet, but that's half-functioning at best, since no one in bloody hell will claim the planet before destroying the starbase anyway. They just can't work properly in current direction of the development. In theor
Why all the stubborness with moving starbases? They're starbases. They're not super-capitals. The Vasari one moves because they have no anti-structure ships. The TEC and Advent do. If you make all Starbases move, that's not balance because you aren't looking at the big picture, you're looking only at the starbases. If you're going to scream bloody murder about balance, at least consider everything? Imagine a moving TEC base with the self-destruct.
I was using my second ID (soon to be primary) A person with 100 games and 50 wins, 1 loss hosted 1vs1. So I joined, expecting some good challenge. I chose Vasari, and he chose Advent. We played in a small map (19 planets total? probably) I scouted his home planet and saw three war labs. 'illums, again' I thought. So I countered with 2
This is one big ROFL. By the way EVE is just wicked.

Ladies and gentlemen. It is not Mazda, Mothership, space egg (or whale) overpowered. It is rest of cap underpowered.
If you played singleplayer, you can load auto-saved games and try yourself.
There is a key for it. I really do not want to tell about this (this pause function is always abused in games.)
If you guys cannot handle this ability, then you are worse than normal AI. I always amazed that my high level mazdas being crippled, run out of AM, stunned by various methods AI does. At the worst case AI just moves its ship out.
You should not expect maturity from ANY kind of clans.
Yes, I looked up the buff and ability files and found out it does not work on ultimate abilities. Wow, why do we even bother to have TEC cap ships other than Kol and Mazda? Let me investigate this issue further.....
Wait, does flux field have limitation on number of ships effected? (OMG even moar crappy Dunov for us!) It should reduces antimatter cost by 300% in radius of 3000ish. And yes, my Kol was in radius before activating the field, and still required same AM amount.
It is 1.12. Try yourself.... It does not reduce antimatter cost by 300%.
Ah.... I cannot remember now. Search around Stardock forums and there must be mention about developing multiplayer. .....nevermind I found it. By Brad : ....Ask any game developer whether they be at Ensemble, Paradox, Firaxis, or Big Huge Games, most people play strategy games by themselves on a single computer. What % that is depends on the game. But on a TBS game, I would wager that greater than 95% of players never play a single g
Based on fast setting...... 6x all dps of any kind. 1/3 on research time. 2x on any kind of income. 2.5x ship speed 4x speed for phase jump. With this game will be finished quickly, regardless of the size of the map or limitation of player number.
To be honest, SOASE is about as bad as DoW, which is quite acceptable for me. You guys must realize that more than 90% of people buying computer games in general DO NOT play multiplayer, yet (according to Stardock) making a reliable multiplayer system may takes 1/3 of total budget to create a new game. This leads a conclusion that, from dev/publisher's view, investing on multiplayer feature is the least effective way to gather people. &nbs
Well it is alot but it's a tec fleet they ahve the lowest damage of all ships. They also have the most ships by count.
In theory, yes. In reality, no. I am pretty sure reality is the one affects our life first, not theory. I hardly remember my ships had ever outnumbered enemy's when I was playing TEC. And I am not sure whether it is really over
