Err... No? Mobile starbases are a vasari exclusive advantage, just like phase missiles. Just like Advent synergy, and tough as nails shielding, and just like TEC's economic prowess, and ships that are heavily armoured tanks.

Yay! Finally we have a general idea of when we get the vasari :D
yea one time i lost because pirates captured my planets
Wow, you suck at this game.
So my first scaling suggestion is to make bombers a little bigger. My problem with it is that fighters are much bigger than the bombers which simply doesn't feel right. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/HgC78.jpg Another scaling suggestion I have is to make the TEC loyallist titan bigger. It's meant to be a tank and in the opening cinematic it looks much bigger. It doesn't really look right when a small titan is taking o
EDIT: I have no idea how to delete a comment that didn't work...
Yeah, dude. I was up all night working on my 26 verse A-Z poem about how sexy yarlen is... Better get started!
I'm going to laugh so hard if Yarlen announces "Beta 2D" this afternoon...
The Vasari have a saying: "A closely monitored phase drive never achieves critical jump charge." I think it loses something in translation.
The vasari are not kettles! I have discussed this before, they are CUCUMBERS Damn it!
Oh aye, the pirates need a BUFF! If you can't handle the pirates, you're bad at this game.
I've sent massive fleet through wormholes(over 150 ships) and each time they all emerged on the other side. I've never encountered this bug.
Found it, go into the texture folder of your rebellion directory and open "RaceLogos.TGA" in any good editing program like GIMP or photoshop. It's much easier in GIMP.
Nope, You'll be able to see your badge, but the opposing player wont.
If you open up the UI texture file you could totally edit a badge to be one of your choosing.
To be honest I use KOL's as my workhorse capitals, and I RARELY lose one... The fact that KOL's provide 360 fire power means I can charge the KOL's and heavy cruisers towards the enemy fleet and leave the LRM and dreadnoughts to provide long range support. The carriers ONLY deploy fighters until they and the Garda's have gained air superiority then I launch the bombers. I like what's been said so far but I don't think battleships should be one ship armies.
If you watch the opening cinematic, you'd know the colony frigates can fly in the atmosphere... My idea is that you can have an ability that slowly reduces the population an allegiance of a planet for say, 60 seconds? The ability would be something like Shock Troopers, I guess. And enemy factions can counter this by using the same ability on their own planet. This way "land based combat" is partially implemented in a Sins fashion.
...They're not real people. Just sayin'. This is war, not some hippy peace and unity music festival!
I'm wondering, will the rebellion compatible forgetools be released with the vasari to prevent people from early activating them, or will it be released with the final or later?
Nah dude, It's right here in the .exe. Bruce lee is chasing them.
Honestly, I'm surprised I haven't heard tell of anyone cracking open the .exe with either a decompiler or just trying to open it in Notepad++ or something and searching for "Vasari","chase","pursue",etc.
Working on it.
@Sporemaster He doesn't know, he's acting like a 2 year old by pretending to know then refusing to tell us to avoid being found out that he doesn't know.
What update?
Ok then... 1) You don't know, don't even pretend you know. 2) "Bugger" means butt sex. Welcome to Britain.
I know what is chasing the Vasari, but I'm not telling.
Then as far as we care, you don't know.
You can hope, but not get them up.
