Taylor - I haven't noticed much change on planet size or grav well. What changed? It looks like the grav well got a little bigger, which is good (annoying when scouts can jump in, turn 90 degrees and jump out). P.S. - looks like the Rom E. Tree/Ovhd/infocard icons got fixed.
