Hey i just thought bout tht probe tht the covenant used to find Reach?? coz tht wud b a good ability for a Covi stealth ship to tag a enemy ship so tht u hav a field of view anywhere tht ship goes for a certain amount of time... It wud b awesome.. It wud b effective if the ship moved around thru different planets so u can spy, but not much if tht ship stops at a planet(but atleast ull get to spy at tht planet)

Showing tht the engines disable wud b not exactly correct coz tractor beams r used as a grappling hook and rope... yeh the draging thing might b difficult unless u hav the ship turn and move towards u under the effect of the tractor beam(it wont b acurate but effective)... but it shudnt b a Autocast power or ull hav the beam pulling ships tht ur happy to see leave, towards u....
