I am playing Entrenchment 1.02. I treid what you said; tt is still not working. Should I tried to update the galaxy.manifest?

I downloaded one map and then can't figure how to play it. I put the files in Galaxy directory (of both Entrenchment and original of the latest version) but still not work. I tried to put them in the user directory still no go (C:\users\users\appdat\ironclad\sins...). I tried to look for answers on the forum but found none. This is one of the least user friendly game. I think it should be really easy; download the map and drop it in map directory.
For TEC bases: I found that I am better off getting weapons and defense instead of getting 2 Last Resort and hope the blast kills all the attacker. The cost and time for rebuild are great.

Lucas should not had go back and make Episode I II and III; it ruined Star Wars for me. I think He made the originals for the art; the prequels just for the money. Anyway, I went back and tested Ruthlessness on Crusader. In theory it should slowly damage a bunch ships in range, but the ships also regenrates. Basically it just balance out the regen. Sadly the only thing it can beat down are constructors and tradeships etc; they don't seem to regen.
Ahhh. That is what I did wrong. I have to face the target first.

I remember Star Trek Armada 2. The Feds get some crazy frigates like Defiant. Its possible to overwhelmed larger ships with a fleet of Defiants.
Just like some movies; all the bad guys have to drip venom when they talk. Over actors.
Its radiculous to suggest running away from MB. You know it doesn't work in fleet to fleet combat. You will probably take at least half of the volleys and have enemy fleets pound on you while you turn your tail. Your fleet will be hurt very badly if you somehow got lucky. It is interrupt or take massive damage. Once again I think the radius is too big.
I tested TEC base's Last Resort against one hard AI. They attacked me with 1 Marza and a bunch frigates and cruisers. I detonated level 2 LR when everything is in range, I killed everything except the Marza. The ship still has around 25% health. I thought 8000 damage should had kill it.
Its off topic, but I think the name Drain Planet is so dull. Why not rename it to something like Suck planet? Best if also activates vacuum animation (Spaceballs).
How about 500 Advent scouts with Martyrdom?

Can someone please explain how shield mitigation affect damage absorption? Advent get that shield mitigation upgrade (2x2). Four percent mitigation? Is that worth it?
Some people might not have several hours a day to play online. Work.
