Make a mod where you can suicidally make ships ram into planets. I bet a Cobalt can make an explosion the size of 500,000 Atomic bombs. The asteroid that destroyed the Dinosaurs was half that, maybe less.

Ok, I just played a three-and-a-half hour game of SoaSE. Three versus Three in a Random Large Multi System. It gets to the point where I have around 21 planets, my Advent ally with 17 and my Vasari with 19. The enemy team, all together (we estimated from recent atacks) had only around 7 planets. We all create Assault Fleets (Each containing 6-9 caps and at least 100 other ships) which was jsut under half our ship armada. We attack the very last enemy planet, where the remains of all t

Yes, be more aggressive. I took a 20-30 planet star system in less than an hour and a half (look ma, no spammin'!) Just quickly colonize planets. Once you get 4-6 planets, scuttle unimportant ships and structures on your home planet and build them on your borders. Once the game is about 20-30 minutes in, declare where your borders stand and build 3-7/8 defense platforms and 2 or so hangars (plus a small defense fleet, see thread Problems, in General because I'm too lazy to po
