Where do I place these records? I've placed them in "C:\Users\Rob\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Record-MultiPlayer/Singelplayer" but they don't show up ingame...
TEC's corvettes have better abilities in my opinion, especially the loyalist corvette.
I hate corvettes, they move around stupid, cause lag and are overpowered.
Quick start Locked teams Pirates inactive All settings on faster. No additional victory conditions. (though capital planet victory is getting pretty common to speed games up) Allied victory obviously
Advent have a hard time getting started, and corvettes does NOT make things easier for them.
Yesterday I lost a game as advent vs tec. My enemy made a marza and started flooding cobalts too me. I was halfway taking a backward volcano planet with my prognitor but I managed to hold him off with my prognitor and some desciples. All was going well, I had colonized more planets so my economy was better than his. I managed to squeeze a halcyon out increasing my overall damage output and giving me access some bombers. I disagree, bombers are the only "safe" way to clear a star base. I don't see how strike craft are suddenly overpowered because there are titans now...
Coronata all the way, suppresion aura reduces the enemy's fleet attack strength by 40%!! add a rapture with vertigo and some iconus guardians and you'll have yourself a VERY tough nut to crack.
Mass Communion should be accessible a lot earlier. Tier 3 or maybe even tier 2 without any requirements. I'd like to have the cheaper temples BEFORE I build my temples.
I never did understand why a titan keeps it's level and experience after it's destroyed. It sounds illogical and it makes losing your titan much less of a loss.
Not at that moment, as you could see in the box in the right corner, the last intel regarding the planet was 539 seconds ago. My mouse hovered over where the planet icon was supposed to be btw.
The loyalists' damage to reduce damage with 40% is quite immense, especially when combined with vertigo and a few guardians.
1 Advent still have the old blue charge for a phase jump. It might be on purpose and if it is disregard. 2) Advent receive no notifications regarding titans whatsoever. Your opponent could've build one, and destroyed yours with it, you won't hear a single thing. 3) When playing with capital planet victory I noticed a small visual bug where the planets disappear. All I can say is my theory seems to be correct (for a part at least). Vasari rebels and TEC join forces. What worries me is their cause. In various sources I've read so the vasari can take the tec with them on their escape. (which is also suggested by the end of the cinematic). But I'd prefer the idea (and I recall a dev saying this in an interview) it is to join forces and face the enemy head on. It makes sense, the TEC stood no chance against the vasari when they invaded. At any rate they hate the vasari so they could ally with the advent loyalists to destroy what remains of the vasari and TEC.
The Disciple s will get shot to pieces before they get to steal any antimatter. IF the tec micros though, if the LRF are too busy scratching the defenders to death they are in trouble.
An insect race would really suck, could you imagine the horrors of fighting a million corvette sized ships online?
The only problem I have is immense lag when a large fleet jump to another star at the same time. (when the phase jump loads)
A insect like faction would be unoriginal and lame though.
I think it should increase firepower at the cost of movement and shield/hull repair for a period of time.
