It may be interesting to note that all of the planets in the game "universe" are already colonized by humans, and likely will be well after you leave.
So then what is the difference between uncolonised planets and faction controlled planets other than the fact that you have to bomb the one to control it Even the volcanic planets and asteroids. These humans really breed like space ponies [e digicons];P[/e] Havent they ever heard of birth c

You want to make strikecraft be able to channel AM abilities anywhere in a gravitywell while the carriers just sit and watch. Why dont you just stap the predators shouldercannon onto chuck noris [e digicons]:omg:[/e]
Thank you!! I was asking about waypoints, because sometimes in the flurry of activity, I'll set a way point at another planet, to deal with pirates etc. If I do this with a couple of planets, I end up with ships all over the place.
Lol, yes I have the same problem. I keep on finding random ships everywhere. There should be a key you can bind for this. Will check. [e digicons];P[/e]</p
Return to hanger : only if you play Tec. Because your fighters/bombers are weaker and will always lose a 1on1 battle. Take out enemy strikecraft before launch for maximum damage without complete loss. Refinery assist mine : The more attatched phaze lanes the more resources returned - Two per planet is still efficient Antimatter regeneration : Depends on reasearch, race and culture. Artifact distribution : Depends on map. Usu
Does anyone know what happens to the population of a planet when you abandon it You get the deconstruction counter and then you lose contact with the planet Did the people commit mass suicide or do they just launch themselves into the nearest sun [e digicons]8O[/e] Should you not at the very least get a coloniser and a few frigates in compensation for trying to save your own ass from being ownd *Sir, we have multiple incoming warships. 2 Terran and 2-3 Asteroids Starting resources X10 = 45 Min of gameplay into 4 Min No research (except basics) 2nd lvl Small 2 Cap 100 point frigate fleet *edit* Found it. Huge Random MultiStar Try this, its under large scenario. Its called string not found (Couldn't quit
before you take your 4th planet.
I agree completely [e digicons][/e]
Well, thinking about it....... and if a stucture (like a tradeport where the ships follow your fleet) was used. You could potentionally have (supply lines) go through a neutralized planet. That would also make them loot for pirates. MP can make for some sneaky attack tactics. Deadly to have a fleet cut off from their own. Supply lines should work like a hybrid trade/culture entity. Linked to fleets, or planets fleets have neutralized. [e digicons]:(O[/e] <p
Remember to get trade up before you take your 4th planet. It gives a credit boost you just cant ignore. Its what makes the Tec..... well Tec. [e digicons][/e]
That sounds interesting. It would unballance the game though, as the vasari can jump almost anywhere on the map at will. So the supply line could be established with their level 6 capital ship that has the jump ability (ANYWHERE) [e digicons]8O[/e]
Yes, but you would have to edit the map file that you want to play. its the is first capital ship flagship line. change from TRUE to FALSE
I vote for this thread to be locked.
Eat up his undefended planets with the hit an run tactics. After that you only need to hurt him in each battle. After a while his forces will become very weak quickly, but remember you must cut off the head first.
Dont 4get to enter the - between the numbers/letters XK567-BB554-BLAH
I did have a question though. Many of the new players and regular RTS players ask for a faster pace(start) of game. As the map files are in plain text, it is fairly easy to change the starting conditions for each map, even the random maps. For example, you can start with any amount and type of planet on any map. Also resources can be changed. What amount of starting planet/type/resources do you think is still usefull without unballancing the game. <
Deals 150/300/450 damage and removes 50/100/150 antimatter.

so it doesn't disable anything. kk, thnx
Well tecnically it doesnt disable anything, but your abilitys are just as useless when you have 0 AM as when they are disabled. EMP charge vs Advent battlecruiser that needs 75AM to disable......yes Missle Barrage. [e
When fighting *as* TEC *using* strike craft. A little sneakyness goes a long way. Tip 1 : dock your strike craft (your fleet fights ok without them) Tip 2 : Plan the flak burst if you only have 1 kol. 2 can decimate advent strike fleets or seriously damage vasari Tip 3 : Bombers do lots of damage when unopposed *edit*
Space Ponies are what the care bears use to travel phase lanes [e digicons]:star:[/e]
If you play with the z axis camera (or go below the 90 degree angle) some of the camera and visual objects act different. Check your angle or click on the z axis and try again Might be usefull [e digicons]-_-[/e]
The kol's flak burst is deadly, but dont rely on autocast it fires the moment any strike craft come into range. micro this ability to bring out its potential

Just a joke, no need to get hostile [e digicons];)[/e] I only play TEC
Or you could play vasari [e digicons];P[/e]
