Yes, that does make sense. Easy to fix, only allow max activations as 10 per mouse click. How about this then - When alt_clicking one kind of ship, all ships of the same type are selected. Attacking/targeting a ship with alt_click should target all of same type. This will fail though if it doesnt have a 10 target max. Targeting 142 illuminators will not produce the requiered result. *edit* I mean any 10 or closest 10 to target like an AoE

Some features dont always work the way you would expect. Example : Stack ability execute. Selecting a stack of 10 units and clicking the ability button will only activate the top of stack units ability. Should Shift_click or shift_tab_click not then ripple to next in stack for all units in current stack? Example : The empire tree (unit selection block on the left of the main inte
It does 150 damage to ALL targets within range 20 times. Yes it reduces fleets to space junk in about 25 seconds. However, this ability can be easily blocked or interupted at ANY time and has a long recharge time. I have used it sucessfully many times. I have also been beaten up when used incorectly. In the map files there seems to be a starting planet amount including type, location and upgrade level. Even in the random map file. I tried changing this with no luck. Anyone else tried this? Having 3 -4 planets at the start would significantly shorten the game time and increase the pace. It wont stop spammers, but at least it will give you the same amount of recourses to defend early
youtube / filefront etc etc
......uh....Tnx But that wasnt exactly the question. I know where thins are hosted(mostly). The question was how (registration requiered?) (monthly payments?)(wot wot's and not)
I have some nice replays and screens. How do I host the stuff for others 2 c? [e digicons]:sheep:[/e]
Once you reach mid - end game. When you have more than 5 or so decently defended planets. You should be ready to take on almost anything thrown at you. Infrastucture maxed out ASAP. What race you play with will have more specific strategies [e digicons]-_-[/e]
Ok sorry. I dont have entrenchment, not overly fond of beta testing. I am learning how to texture though, but im still in my own beta testing phaze. lol This mod is very well done. Tnx
Save the achievements folder under username\localsettings\applicationdata\ironclad - same place the screenshots are kept. then you have it for when you reinstall

I play 7 deadly and vanilla sins. Both excelent. You should help jjz with is sins editor or petition stardock to release a similar editor to make life just that much easier to modders. Then they can change versions as much as they like cause it would be less time consuming changing the mods all the time
It would probably be usefull to be able to upgrade the scouts mine detection range. Can you do that in entrenchment? (not playing beta cause I like the working version. Will wait for release) [e digicons]v_v[/e]
I asked Y before, but failing that I would like to know if Targeting lines are a hardcoded effect or can more be made visible by modding. Lets say with that sins editor that is in the works. I would be able to better micromanage diverse fleets if I knew where the enemy might be attacing next before the ships blew up. [e digicons]X|[/e]
Bottom line: the shop you bought it from violated the law. It's as simple as that. You keep dancing around the issues, screaming corporate murder and greed, but that's what it comes down to. They practically sold you a DVD with Sins burned on to it, and charged you "half price".
Add to that "why is it the shops fault" because they are a buisness, they want to make money, they should have done their homework.
Believing that something is right or correct doesn't make it so.
@epiclulz could not have said it better You amaze me every time I read your responses (and dont bother with the "you didnt argue any of my points" answer. Heard it already, still boring.) I do love the way your answers change the contex of every line without proof or direction. Are you a failed polititian by any chance [e digicons]:typo:[/e]
What do you mean locks up. As in just freezes. credits stop coming in ships stops moving, but camera works. Or PC locks up. Or game craches. Or game completely freezes and stops responding, but PC ok. Just to c if we can work out what the problem might be
My first cap is almost exclusively the marza, but the 2nd and 3rd cap should roll off the assembly line at almost the same time when playing TEC and should be akkan/kol or kol/dunnov depending on game conditions. The tec economy can support this when managed properly. By the time you colonise your 3rd planet, your 2nd trade port should be complete. Using the missile barrage once(effectively) will level up both new capships several times. Ive had at least 3 levels per sh
Thank you to everybody that had a role in this discussion. No matter how this ends anymore, because I believe all questions have been answered. Even if those answers werent always what you wanted to hear. Personally to me, many things I was wondering about has been brought to light. Even some things that I have changed my mind about while reading and commenting. No matter who you are, this thread has shown you something. Be it the ballance of righ

I would quote you, but then actually trying to counter your insane ramblings with logic would be futile to say the least. You would just quote some thing, make up some silly comment that makes sense in your head. Then post it thinking you have actually countered something. The last time I quoted you on something was on page 1 of this thread. At that point it was already silly to try and counter you cause it wouldnt have made any difference anyway. I will be here telling
On single player, use the pause button liberally. It makes a massive differance. All of the sudden you are working at the same speed the AI can and it gives you time to strategically think about any decision, without putting the wine down [e digicons]-_-[/e]
No stress Windexglow I actually find epic very entertaining. Not only is almost every counter"argument" made by epic badly thought out, but many of them dont even counter the point that is quoted. Its like watching a child having a temper tantrum Whaa, [e digicons]X([/e] I am right. Whaa, whaa whaa. everyone that doesnt agree with me is stupid. Bla Bla Bla. All thats still left is for epic to drop to the floor and start spinning in circl
