Good that I live in a democratic country where the people make the laws. So if 50.001% say downloading is ok, then it is. If I go to a broadcaster's site like ABC or CBS and want to watch a series, the site tell's me: you can't watch this because you aren't in the US. Guess what: I don't give a shit and I certainly won't one year for a localized, badly translated version of the series. Globalization my a$$.
- Mard's Hammer - +40 weapon damage, +5% attack speed - Mard's Hammer - +60 weapon damage, +10% attack speed
Absolut damage values are very strong early and weak in late game. I suggest replacing this with 10% crit for 2x instead, which scales better.

It's also used for some skills, such as Torchbearer's Inspirational Flame and item like Sigils. So it's at quite a few places. The buff for health and mana just have to be handled properly. I have suggested some code for that in the "Report Problems" sticky thread, however I'm unsure if it considers every aspect. I tested it with a few items... such as Sigils. That should fix the health/mana issues on any buff situation for dgs. The AdjustEnergy/Health just have to be set accordingly. For min
Well SD/GPG can still wash their hands of any balance issues up until the point that the DGs are officially available, so I'm not sure it makes sense on their end to enable them. As far as whatever actual testing benefits there were to not releasing goes though, I think those are gone now.
Balance like the QoT you mean... totally agree. [e digicons]}:)[/e]

I noticed some issue that still exist. If the TB is chasing and the emeny gets out of range during the AA-animation, the shot disappears mid-air. I'm unsure if this happens only something or every time, but I've seen it happen several times. This should be handled the same way as the regulus' shots. Once fired, the shot should track its target, even though on some rare occasions the shot will fly across the map (when the target teleported)

Now that we have a mod anyway, I can tell you how it works. The LUA code calls a method call "CVPIsAuthorized" (in around 8 places), which isn't coded in LUA as far as I can tell. The running code redsides in Demigod.exe. In single player it will check the registry where the demigods, values 1 to 10 are set to either 0=false or 1=true. Change this and you can play them. As far as I know these entries are made on the fly, at game start. So just start, then edit the registry, then play. Multipl

The beauty about BotS is that you can replace all mana items with health or speed item, that's what makes a great fire torchbearer with higher surviability. BotF is only superior in early game, after that BotS simply outclasses it in every way. A fire TB has a great speed synergy (as he gets +15% with 3 invested skill points), in addition the team and creep boost given by the Fire Aura is impressive. You can still get Unbreakable Boots, they give both good mana and health. For the 2 o

Occulus is going to need some buffs. The "Ball of Lightning" are very annoying. I fail to understand the point of them attacking everything on the way to the location given by you, as you can select them manually and change their orders. They will however resume their path after that. They also prefer attacking creeps for some reason (over about anything else). Their damage is extremly weak, almost useless. The Ulitmate is really strong however, possibly to strong, as it does AoE damage
Well, DA can deal (after lvl15) 2600 Skill Damage in 1 sec. That's OP.
A fire Tb can also go over 2000 dmg at level 15... in a few seconds. But I agree that the DA's direct damage skills are very very powerful. Also dodge builds are viable because he can get 15% through skills. You might see him with 40% in the endgame, which is really badass.
