I'm intrigued by the new in-city tactical battle system.

Trinity is stand alone. It's the original Sins + Entrenchment + Trinity all together.

I know I'll probably get flak but Skyrim. I'm a total Skyrim whore. I've had it for about 7 weeks and have over 130 hours into it. That is a personal record. It has just sucked me in with the large character selection, upgrade system where you upgrade by doing instead of assigning points. But also you can select perks to upgrade areas you want. I'm surprised to be included for free in the Legendary Heroes expansion. I thought maybe that wouldn't apply with Fallen Enchantress being a standalone release. I just check my receipts. Entrenchment - $9.95 Diplomacy - $9.95 I pre-ordered both but the price was the same on release.

I'm currently in a multi-player game of Armada 2526. We started it when the Supernova expansion was in beta back in February 2011. We are still playing it. We're at turn 142. Armada plays at a much faster pace than Elemental or Galactic Civilization so I honestly don't think multi-player would work very well because of the slower pace.

1366 x 768 resolution seems popular. That surprised me because I thought I was one of the few who liked that setting. I've tried 1920 x 1080 but I don't like squinting.

The switch to Steam for MP has nothing to do with Impulse or the sale to GameStop. GPGnet service is terminated and needed to be replaced. Here's a post from the Steam forum from GPG that explains the situation a bit. My own opinion is I'm glad it's on Steam now.
