I have the same issue... E8500 8GB ram gfx 280 after five minutes in the game (approximately...sometimes it holds for six, sometime after ten...), minidump error pops up and the game crashes...when i check my event log (windows vista 64bit), direct x .dll problem can be seen at the exact time.
