So after 81 replies is someone, hopefully a Modder, going to create a non cannon, balanced against the stock races, Star Wars vs Star trek Mod for Sins of a Solar Empire? It seems to me there would be quite some interest in it, if it occured.
Never the less, it would still be cool to see the two races go against each other in a Mod. Like I said, balance them against the stock ships. By all means make the Empire capital ships more powerful, balanced by making them a lot more more expensive. I'm looking at fun that's why the Modders create them and me/we play them. @whiskey- 40K is the number one scifi universe. I must have close on one hundred books that I have read. @zombie- wise words really. I would like to think that I could do the basic merge Mod as you suggested. In reality I wouldn't have a clue. I agree I should simply enjoy the Mods as they exist. Is it possible to merge some of the Mods together to create star wars vs star trek? Use the federation from SOA and add them to the Requiem mod? There was a mod that did this for Empire at War FOC. For Sins this would be awesome, to see the Feds against the Empire. A true Sci-fi nerds wet dream. Btw I know nothing about Modding and what it would take to do this. Regards Theo
