meh, it is just worth nothing, it lasts only some seconds, and if your enemy is better than you, it wont save you.. Vasari has other way better OP tools like phase missiles, titans, jumping orkulus of doom, etc, this is never used anywhere i think, this BJ (lol it may be better not to use this, as it has another well known meaning :D ) the enemy fleet will reach you no matter what you do, how many things you have.

Was it a one level increase like from medium to good or something?
Hard and unfair is not easy to be killed by pure fleets, you have to be very good to do that, master quick expansion and quick fleet building but on smaller maps it is simply not even enough, it is much better just to get a starbase at one of your frontline worlds, AI will endlessly die on it, even with 1/10th fleet you can easily survive and level your capital ships and titans (at one time i managed to survive with only a Progenitor agains huge AI fleets, simply the advent REBEL starbase is
Which is why for sins multiplayer online to get better, they need a matchmaking system. Without matchmaking , any multiplayer game is doom to fail.
Someone wrote the problem with this, you can do matchmaking but if there aren't enough players online you can make matchmaking forever to be fair, and it won't change anything if there is only a 5s skilled game to choose, and maybe a noob
Advent superweapon is good for nothing, as the cultural impact is so weak, can be neutralized by having a medium level culture in your empire. Vasari has the second best superweapon, just shoot at the novalith planet, and take that out quick, then retreat. That's the strategy. It works to get starbases with government not to lose important planets, but it's better to kill the superweapons faster. Don't bother killing Deliverance engines as they rarely have huge impac
I often make the mistake if i don't queue some research i will forget it later.. like the 4 titan research, i often forget the 4th one and wonder where the hell is my titan, even in online skilled matches.. :D so maybe 2-3 research queued is not a really bad thing if you are likely to forgot and it is an important one.. but true, it can kill you if you put all your early money in queued research Don't build 10 capital ships in the beginning, it will leave you no

But still I like to have fighters mixed in my strikecraft fleet
LEVEL 9 ENEMY TITAN? LOL that should be avoided at all costs because all titans are massive threats to fleets at that level. AI can achieve that easily if left alone with another AI, take that warmachine out as soon as possible and disable its antimatter with capitalship abilities not to loose all fleet in minutes. Guardian is good but you need to manage them well i dont have the blood pressure to always micro them well as their autocast sucks, it worths nothing if you

I don't know what overclocking means.. so I cant help in it. And no, Sins is hardcoded to be one core, and it can only use 2GB of RAM, and this is also hardcoded. Maybe others who know better computers will be able to get a better answer, maybe stardock members.
If someone is really interested in this game he or she will eventually end up online regardless of how bad that system is (just look at me, bad ICO is nowjere to stop me from competitive online gaming). If he or she is not interested in that much even the best spectacular online system could never get that player to play online as he or she has no desire of it, as it is written somewhere else on another thread.
I always thought it might have something to do with the Nano-tech that the Empire uses....
It will surely be something nanite lame thing and I will be terrified if yes, because from the possibilities that would be the lamest for me, as almost every sci-fi series have powerful nanite enemies in it. and it is everything but creative.
Maybe try playing a smaller map, Sins can't use multi-core, only 1 core of them, and can't handle well large amount of ships, like a random vast 10 player map with full fleets of all empires. If it occurred on a smaller map, like 4 players then there might be technical or software problems and I am not a technician so maybe others can get better answers for it.

In every game there are options to increase graphic settings, it would be a shame if Sins didnt have one ;)
There is no possibility to rejoin, in theory you can host the multiplayer save and continue from that autosave if there is any and every player have it, but it is somewhat complicated, I always consider games gone when i crash.. If you drop out you will be substituted by an AI, and it would be impossible for you to connevt again, you will need to get all current data that is not really possible I think, sync again etc. It is a really annoying thing that in bigger team f
Hullo all! Just downloaded rebellion after playing trinity for a bit. Thought I'd be ready to do half decent in a pvp battle, and boy was I wrong. I played Advent in Trinity and liked it quite a bit. Gave the loyalists a try and got completely steamrolled by a guy who made about 80 corvettes. Think he was a TEC loyalist. So, how do I counter corvettes? My titan was eaten alive in seconds. I could feasibly make a bunch of the new advent capital ship

the research description states you have to own that gravity well, and you will never have a colony in uncolonizable wells, thus that will never be their territory even if you have your full fleet there, TEC Loyalist bonuses are meant to be helping your defenses at YOUR PLANETS, and those are not even planets (gas giant is strange but game logic states it is not a colonizeable planet) And it is easy to try out, just look at the armor number, it will decrease in the moment you leave yo
Not leaving the game even after the last big battle some people require to have their soul calm down is just making others angry and nowhere to be that much tolerated. I would really like a feature for new players online that they should read a text about normal behaviour of online playing, and after this answer questions, maybe noobs acting stupid would be evaded this way. 5v5 games are much different though, it doesn't require that much time for people to realize if all other te
For me it was fun to kill Hard AI for over years, looking how my empire grows, looking on my ships on closeup, enjoying view of every battle. It changed recently, after I got to harder level AI-s and soon online, I lost interest in singleplayer, and now the only thing that gives me satisfaction is WIN. But not every one, only deserved wins, where I was the one who reached victory or helped much earning it. Summoning a titan is also a good thing in the game, and watching how it deals with task
another reason to make titans lose 1 level when they die
Just. NO. It is good as it is now, consider losing your titan, you will have no chance against the opponent's titan if your titan gets weaker when it is killed, even 1 level can make big difference. It's hard to get a titan to level2 and if you lose it you will have a level1 and if your enemy can make his titan level 4 or 5 while your titan is
Am I wrong or still this post has no real value as there is not a single uploaded v1.1 replay posted here? ... All I read was complaining and blaming each other for not posting.. What if there are players who would be interested in replays, even replays on youtube and not in this much complaining on MD-s and other stuff? (not me, as I have no time for watching them, I prefer the hard way and learning from my own mistakes I make in multiplayer). It's strange.
