This thread is for posting the insane crazy stuff that you have done while playing Sins; such as: Having 16 Marzas at level 10 surround a full pop. TEC terran planet... then all attack at once with their nukes and raze planet! It was brighter than the star for a few seconds... [e digicons]:')[/e] Whiping out the enemy to the asteroid, then getting 100 seige ships and watching all of those lasers hit. A fleet of
Or just make it a hazard they could use: One of their caps could grab up some of it in a vaccum and crunch it into a bullet? Or a def. suructure could use magnetic fields and fling the junk in a wide cloud for an area effect?
Just takethe pipe from her. Also, remember that everyone who'se religeous isn't like Carrie's mom and all athiests don't worship Bill Maher. [e digicons]:bebi:[/e] The finding of a confirmed (not fossilized bacteria, as on Mars most likely) form of life would change the world for the better, more science funding, more collaberation together, etc.
Chrome, it's the fatsest (from what I can tell) and the minimalist design makes it very clear to see what's going on.
Did you read the lyrics? LMAO! [e digicons]:D[/e]
The ads are real too..... [e digicons]:S[/e]
Hey, I found this site back in November, and I'm wondering if anyone else thinks that this is real... http://objectiveministries.org/zounds/gaming.html Responses to this site by others: http://boards.ign.com/left_4_dead/b10823/174708882/p1/ <a href="http://boards.ign.com/fable/b6152/173649480/
I'd like to change their background: On the back of the box it notes that the Vassari are running from the terror of their own creation, this would lend credability to the nannites since they were made by the Vasarri. One thing I would like to add is how the "phase hole" is implemented. Inhibitors were found in areas of no evidence of inhabitation. This makes me believe that these actually SPEED UP a jump to the sector; since the Vasarri used them throughout th
Possible upgrades: nano cloud: covers the planet in a giant swarm of the nano bots from my earlier post, they take destroyed carcases and add them to the junk reserves of the planet, At lvl. 3 they dissolve scuttled ships/structures, ruturning 100% of the value of the base health. Also return 5% of destroyed ships to junk. Electronic resonance: makes the cloud erase previous intel data on the planet. Level 2 masks phase jumps to and from the planet. S
O.K., pt 2: (note, my comp. is lagy so if the post seems incomplete, it's b/c the internet is crashing and I want to save my typed data; our connection has been sporadic since the storms.....) They should have NO use of credits at all. They instead use junk as an isolated econemy. What this means is that each planet is it's own econemy and can trade junk to other planets. It works like this: 1. Instead of planet infastructure to support populat
So I decided to let this simmer for a while, and... NO ONE! C'mon this is a great idea. Is it at least in some other mod I can get?
They don't need hallways, doors, mess halls, dorms, gyms, command bridges, etc... LOTS of weapons! Pt.s 2 (mabye 3 soon)
I know that there are mines, siege ships, and other general defensive things in entrenchment, but what are the S.B. like? What I'm asking about is: a. The cost in resources and fleet supply b. Is there a limit? c. How do upgrades work? Is there a build button like the planets or do you target specific hardpoints? c1/2. How many upgrades are possible per s.b.? d. The differences between the 3 races in terms of use (I know the Vassari
Idea 1/2 (later for 2) I would like to see these guys start as the weakest team in the game, with skeletons of ships that look like gutted TEC ships that are basically "bare boned". Later, when you get armor upgrades, you actually see armor go on it, then more armor, and more, etc. until it looks like a sleek advent ship, but all digital with no windows (sensors are there instead, which would make accuracy/range increases). The same with weapons where the e
Anyone ever read "Prey" by Michael Crichton? Nanorobotics and it's war applications (along with a good story); it shows how deadly (if not stupid, since the good guys always win) nanites can be if they gained semi-sentience (major sp prob. I know...) and how it would work and multiply to control all.
Now for the ships: Nanite repair/salvager cruiser: Has NO weapons, but can repair your ships/structures at an astonishing rate of 100 hp/sec. Also can (with research) net an additional percentage of resources from enemy debries (like GLA junk from Generals) at the same rates for a 100% steal! It basically is a TEC carrier but with a giant (and I mean giant) cloud of dull gold nannites arround it that make tiny light flashes (solar cells reflecting light). Th
More ideas: Independent Economy: Makes ships cost 15/50/100% less credits and makes metal and crystal from trade as well (replacing credits) because honestly, I don't thing robots get an hourly wage from work... [e digicons]:cylon:[/e] Overclocked computers: makes research happen 10/25/66% faster (not cheaper) (These are ment to be changed later) Skynet: All planetary defenses aim and fire 40% faster an
I believe UPS sends packages all over the world and doesn't ever look inside (remember Se7en?) [e digicons]x_x[/e]
AWWWWW!!! [e digicons]:'([/e] You beat me to it as I was typing [e digicons]:X[/e]
The Advent have a "Deliverence Engine" which spreads culture and lowers enemy allegience on the planet. This may not spund like much, but it lowers the enemy's income until the planet revolts and becomes neutral. Allowing you to take it with no loss of anything on the planet. The Vasarri have a "Kosutra Cannon" which shuts down all enemy ships for 15 sec. and all orbital strucuures for 1 minute. It also deals quite a bit of damage, with 8 shows complet
Wall-e and HAL 9000 (for the voices, R2-D2 is overdone), HAL [e digicons]:borg:[/e] could be the voice of the advisor; "I'm sorry, Dave. You can't buy that yet" [e digicons]:D[/e] Any word on the organic ships? I'm curious about the game. Also, they wouldn't need colonization techniques, and their strike craft could survive immense ammounts of damage (more armor from no cockpit/life support).
Very good, sounds like a game from a LONG while back where the ships were made of living tissue and could "consume" others to become more powerful. Also, like the Nod Avatars, the Mordor orcs, or other things I can't think of. Anyways... What would be the planet bombardment for them? Radiation/neutron bombs to kill the pop. but leave the infastructure intact? How about defences? Mabye a giant shield (reverse of the TEC shield, like the Adven
I have a migrane (sp?) and need some tips on how to stop it. It's kinda bad, not the worst. Also, is there any way to make the font bigger on some of these posts from other people, it's kinda hard to read a wall of 8 pt. font. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Thanks [e digicons]8|[/e] , but anyone else?
