Ok so in another forums I was discussing SGU and the question about the "object that ""broke off"" the ship" at the end of episode 3 kept coming up, many were arguing it was a shuttle from the ship or a piece of the ship. I know I already addressed it here, but simply if you want to see the evidence yourself. On hulu you can actually watch all the episodes yourself and see for yourself that at 42:15 it shows the "object" sitting on the ship not attached other then some docking clamps. It then

early game, after the third initial attack by pirates usually mines/hanger bays/repair bays will hold off the pirates without any backtracking by my fleet. late game most of my GWs are protected with a SB as well as Im looking to have something big and powerful protecting my cluster at all times just incase the enemy breaks through my frontline worlds.

After the Diplomacy mini expansion im hoping to see more game improvement aimed addons. Its a really great game, and I enjoy the fact that its not some 10 minute time waster but something you put much thought and time in to accomplish your goal. I just wish there were somethings that could be addressed that opens the door for more compatability and access to alternatives when it comes to gameplay. AI and others mentioned here and throughout the forums should be the devs priority once they est

SG1 and SGA had plot it had drama without the wasted time. So what if alot of the planets had a medieval feel to it (SGA actually had WW2 style civilizations) the idea there was that the Go'auld kept them from advancing (Because technology means turning into the Tae're) maybe you missed that point in the show, which makes sense why youd try to insult SGU's very entertaining predecessors. I didnt like SGA much but atleast that show was better then SGU. The problem with them gettin

initially you should just let the scouts take themselves where they want, just to get an idea of where the enemy is in general, as guiding them will be too much micro in the beginning to get anything useful accomplished. once you get an idea where your enemy is located then its best to start using your scouts more actively to purge the enemies lines and really get an idea of what he has in his cluster. if anything you should have a constant stream of scouts moving out giving them orders

Greer is my hero, the guy might be a bit hotheaded but He doesnt seem at all greedy or easily swayed by the little things that drives everyone up the wall. He keeps it in when things goes bad, which isnt good but at the same time, without a Greer onboard, I think things would look alot differently when they make such decisions as the one on the ep Light. Most of the Military personell are upstanding and will do their jobs even in the face of life or death, but even then you still get a f

The thing about Custom Battle is it wouldnt just be about throwing two giant fleets at each other without the work of late game, thered be alot of other things you could use the Custom Battle feature for. Like testing units, testing cohesion between units and basically using the Custom Battle area to create a new strategy or tactic based on the things you witness in the Custom Battle. Even finding out how to truely overcome some very heavy defenses. Pitting yourself against a heavily fortifie

Each person is bad, just technically if it wasnt for Rush and his undying need to get on the Destiny no one would be lost right now, he had a point about not going to earth but didnt need to dial the 9th chevron, would of been better to dial another planet and then dial earth. So technically Rush is gonna be a bad guy for now, maybe every season each member will fall into the badguy role using their "weaknesses" as a flashpoint to get them to act out and cause drama onboard even cause the dea

Im hoping that after Diplomacy this is actually considered as apart of any addons that come after it, id be disappointed if it was held off on until SINs 2 if SINs 2 is in the works.

what I love about Halo is how every new book introduces these Badass new weapons that outclass the last big badass weapons....but still is a EPIC FAIL considering how insignificant the Covenant and UNSC is to StarFleet. StarFleet wouldnt even have to worry about instantly reacting as it takes forever for both Covenant and UNSC to actually act out any hostilities.

sounds like you got hit with an ability that stopped your ships dead in their tracks. It should wear off eventually.

Variment is just a way of saying theres different versions of something. Like how you can get different options in your car? Variment of ShockTroops that they would have different groupings of shocktroops, like more machine gunners, or more medics etc etc, not that the Vasari would use machine guns or anything just an example.

The idea is to get the AI to be a Bootcamp of sorts for rookies, so that they build up a competent strategy and inbattle tactics so that once they do overcome a challenging AI they are driven to MP. A more challenging AI wont destroy MP if anything itll jump start it. As people who move from SP to MP wont be overwhelmed with the significant changes that you encounter once you play online. The AI needs to bring a player up to speed and prepare them for playing against a real person, not replac

Its all personal preference ive played both vasari and advent mostly to get a feel for their strategies and try to prepare my own, as im a loyal TEC player (always play the underdog) But I also played them to see if i can conform to them and maybe choose one of the other. But I found that its not easy for me and I actually stumble about with the Advent and Vasari, Even in the beginning I picked up on TEC very fast and I now realize its really up to personal gameplay. Some people are strong ec

I said it wasnt canon, no need to repeat it as if I hadnt mentioned it. Only reason its not canon was because it was oriented towards kids so alot of the usual stuff had to be reworked forcing it to lose its canon status.

I think instead of just arguing for him to join MP we should be rallying to make SP more interesting, by creating a more challenging AI that will help draw players to MP. The AI will work as a BootCamp before they work their way up to MP. Right now the AI does nothing to challenge the players. and so far SP is the preferred gameplay for SoaSE. If the AI can be reworked it might actually give a more balanced play that will give SP players a confidence that they can go online and face p

only reason i would disagree, is because if the SC is gonna do it, the Capitals, Cruisers and Frigates should as well. I do like the idea of automatic docking and launching though, Be nice not to have to worry too much about your defenses while your planet comes under attack. Just worry about getting your fleet or backup fleet to the GW to help repel the enemy.

His SC build up is pitiful, playing against him it be easy to shove his fleet aside and move in for the kill. As much as starbases are useful. They arent going to be what you base your entire defense on. If you do, youll find yourself overrun as all it takes is a large enough Bomber group to lay a starbase out. Going only Fighter is probably the worst idea Ive heard yet. Even if you went full Fighter, my Fleet makeup would have no problem with your fighters, as Ill still have double the
