I would concur but.. since I have no wallpaper called "Journeyman" I can only assume the bot grabbed my WC title and through it in there. Also, the letter seems pretty geared towards pushing the site. We'll see if anyone else here has had the same problem.

Evidently it's a program pulling the names off the site because the referred to my wall as "Journeyman" but also know my first name. Anyone else getting this junk? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Richard, I just set your wallpaper "Journeyman" as my background, it is amazing how talented you are on creating imagery like this. www.wincustomize.com is a wonderful site for artwork, and if you want to upload your wallpapers onto anot
Er.. good point there Mike... hmmm how do I recall an email?
My wife has got to see this. She is such a pansy when it comes to raising kids I fear for them when it's time to be on thier own.
I sent iRider an email about posting this newthread and am very happy to see someone show up in person. If nothing else it shows they're on the ball. I prefer the iRider idea to tabs mainly because when I am hunting for info, shopping for products or whatever involves lots of research, having the thumbnails there is more intuitive than tabs. If any of you have had the opportunity to see the videos MS did showing their research on interfaces, it proved that the mind is better a
Chris, As for the favorties, you can have multiple favorite tabs open at once thus get to a page by two clicks. I didn't even realize MyIE2 had aliases so you just taught me something. I am finding that some of this is not that great for casual browsing but for research, this browser is slick seeing as how I can keep open the pages I want.
Another smooth job by the amazing Super-Jafo! Good work Jafo... never doubted your way with words. *sigh* Peace can reign once again.
Aqua, in regards to your comment on right mouse usage, if you hold the right mouse button down for a second, it brings up the context menu.
gray, I could care less about condescending remarks. I do my best on my own work and that's all I can do. AND, fyi, I have had two of my works "ripped" in my history. One I managed to handle quite eloquently and the other, well, let's just say it came down to getting nasty. However, not once did I threaten to sue someone. I just think that in this community those words should be uttered on the side, not in public. Kinda takes a lot of the fun out of things. Anyway, I concur with Tech C
I've tried Opera, tried Mozilla, tried a few other browsers. Haven't managed to find something better than IE... until now. I am a regular reader of John C. Dvorak and know how critical he is about ANYTHING. After watching the video on iRider, I downloaded it. It is only free for 21days ($29 thereafter) but within 15 minutes I knew I would be buying this. Browse ahead, thumbnail views, open/save/copy multiple pages/favorites/URLs at once, pin pages open and more. You have to see it to a
This "you copied my skin" thing has gone way too far. According to some of you, any user creating anything that resembles, say the Hulk, should be sued by the original creator AND anyone using this artwork should be sent a cease and desist letter? As the "joeuser" article pointed out, some companies must realize that imitation will occur thus they choose to live with it I suppose. As I said long ago, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Renato is an icon in the skinning world th
In reality, I am for anything that keeps healthy competition. Linux is good because, if nothing else, it is waking others up and keeping them on thier toes.
Linux rules Doomgaze and you know it damn it!
Thanks Mercury but the email address is dead as far as I can tell.
Sorry you are having problems with your new puppy. What kinda dog is it? I just got myself a PitBull last year and she is the best dog I've ever had!! Loving, kind, loves kids, behaved, etc. In reference to the package China... I er, the package am... ah IS potty trained. As far as whipped, I no.. no.. the animal (sure, why not?) can be whipped provided it is a gentle loving whipping. Smooc
Fuzzy... don't believe a word she says. You ain't seen fonts till you've seen Chinas. Specially her italicks... er italics. About that package?
Hmm guess nobody knows Ed so I'll focus on the font issue. True type fonts are the best kind. Those imitation fonts are nuthin but that... fakes. Yes Shark has been updated but I have a special version for you that includes extras. Now tell me where to ship the 220lb package please.
Hmm you seem pretty sure of that Jafo... as if... well, nevermind.
Hmmm... suddenly I realize how much I missed that teasing attitude of yours. Sorry to hear the hubby is so far away but glad to hear it's because he is serving our country. Everyone needs to do it at least once in their life. Yea, I too could get used to waking up whenever I wanted to. I am doing just fine... got into some other things for a while when there was an email in my box from Mark
Hey China baaabeee! How's life doin for ya? Just was talking about you the other day.
He did a skin back in early 2000 (Liquid) that I would love to update for XP but there is no email in his profile.
I've never seen Abracadabra until now either...
Sorry but I gotta get mine in here... There are few figures that I respect more in the skinning community than Renato. Hell, half of what I've ever done came from loading one of his skins into SKS to see how he did something so that I could do my own better next time. Unless you are born with this talent, much of it is a "see and learn" process. Many of us are disturbed by Apples approach to anyone making icons or docks that resemble theirs. I can tell you that many have been s
Sure you can likwid... crank up the gain, bass and treble.
That picture comes from a ComStock Photo CD or at least it's really close to one I've seen on it.
