Because it is a capitalistic concept that attempts to control you by limiting your spending options by being able to only go through it. or you could just buy the games at stores, download and import to the steam library as i have done to Trinity. its probably already been asked but, I just installed this program..which is great btw. I see my retail Trinity purchase when i click on 'View installed software' but i do not see my recent Rebellion pre-order listed, which I do see in Steam (beta). Is this right?
Quoting Cannella29, reply 36From there, when you launch the rebellion demo via steam, it will prompt you to enter your Stardock acct email and password. This here is where the bridge is between prior Impulse purchases and the new Steam interface. That's just the same Stardock activation that we've always used. Also what's up with using steam rather than Impulse?
i had this question also. and I, for one, welcome the switch to Steam.
i went ahead and dl'ded and updated the Distant Stars mod, and BK's mod within it seems to be working fine. i think there's going to be an official release for DS v1.34 here soon.
Ryat, your post above mine is regarding the 1.34 trinity patch, right?
Hey Ryat, did you ever get around to fixing the communal labor bug in conjunction with update in post #196?
There is an issue with the new communal labor in conjunction with this mod (Reply #196).
