can you use the current mod for the new rebellion update? I wanted to ask before trying to install into the new rebellion 1.5 mod folder and have the game not work
in my own opinion I think anyone making mods should look into the SOP to help them with the memory footprint for the game it would greatly improve there mods I think just like it has this one.
ok so I don't know the difference is but I loaded this up last night and the game runs so much smother and faster than when I was running the Crazy mod

ok so I cant get any of my email services to log in but I can log in here go figure, anyway I have been home from work for 2 hours now trying to load my game but it keeps mini dumping right at the crazy start up screen not sure what to do here. so I just tried to load the game after deleting the active mods for the game and it loaded no problem not sure what the issue is here ran fine before I went to work.

so I have been playing for several hours today and on two seperat occasions one without even saving and one not long after saving the game just shut down no warning or anything did not go into the lower tray to be pulled back up just disappeared off screen has this happened to anyone else after long stints of game play and what did you do to combat it?

and here I thought having a system with 2 gig of ram was going to help LOL I guess I need to figure out what I can shut down before running the game I like win 7 more than 8 but if I had my choice I would drop down to vista LOL any way I can find out what is running in background that I can shut down without destableizing my system or crashing it all together?

where would I find that I went looking today and did not see anyting that poped out at me as a toggle for that, I am looking again at the time of this posting. So after posting this I went into the user interface, chalk one up for not thinking, and started playing with the toggles that were not active and low and behold got the information that was not visable back thanks fan for mention the toggles to me not sure when I may have disabled them
hi guys and gals. anyway here is my issue on loading my game I found that the normal halos (information blocks around the planets telling you where your fleets are and the planets structural build up) as will as the ship moving through the phase lanes is missing is there any way other than having to start over this can be fixed? I am over 5 hours into a game vs 5 comp players and this is irritating to me because to get information I have to use the alt short cut

I have been thinking I have played many RTS games and I love Sins but I have always thought that it was missing an element and I think I figured out what it is. a spy so here is my thought and I am hoping that someone can point me in a direction to get started. the Idea is a small frigate with minimal weapons capability that when with a fleet can use a special ability that when it attacks a ship or structure it can within about a minute if
I am running this mod right now and I am just wondering if you are going to do more with the research tree to allow the pirates to gain more knowledge or even give one of there ships the ability to steal knowledge from an enemy that has the tech already say like star base technologies.

ok, so I am drying to take the mod out of my game but once I get the game back to origonal it mini dumps and reinstalls the SOTF how can I fix this? the reasin for doing this is I am not getting all the phase lanes and traped with like three planets.
