I was playing a huge random map and i had a advent rebel partner, but 5 minutes into the game i notice the AI built 30 scouts! and the AI didnt do anything with them except have them follow the fleet around, then the AI KEPT building more scouts so i was wondering if the problem has always been around or just stated in 1.03

on the list for what will come in the CE it dosen't say there will be a disk or a manual will those be in the box as well?
