Sorry, should've been more specific. I meant solutions to just sending a star base to someone's home world and killing everything in minutes. Someone did that once. I think that now that the research is Tier 8, we won't have that problem. Let's see. If there has to be a change, then there will be. Right now I think it's fixed.

Suggest solutions to the Vasari Rebel's Star base here. List: 1. Allow the Star base to only be able to jump to friendly planets. 2. Phase Engines is the second upgrade level for the Phase Stabilizer. Share more suggestions here. EDIT: Well, after the update I don't feel the need for a change.

You're putting it into the program files folder. In order to move to that folder, you have to run explorer.exe as administrator. But that isn't even the correct place. The SB upgrade is called "AbilityStarbasesBeyoneOneAreDisabled.entity". The ability is unlocked when you research the Phase Drives. The ability is there, but you don't see it because the ability is behind the SB upgrade menu button. That error is saying that it can't display the SB's beyond 1 ability due to the upgrade menu, I think. If you surrendor, you can see the ability in the SB. For Example: Try to select a Titan factory and a hangar defense at the same time

Hmmm..... might be a good idea. Try to mod the game so you can shoot the Kostura at allied planets, play a round w/ the Vasari, see what happens. PS: Mod as in Make a Mod, not edit the actual files in the steam directory.
There isn't enough space in the menu of the SB's upgrades for that.
