On the topic of refineries, the Advent's Resource Focus could certainly use something to make it not worthless. Honestly I think Resource Focus could create some really interesting gameplay if it didn't suck ass- could be very dynamic, shifting trade posts on ice/volcanic worlds when you are in great need of crystal/metal, then shifting back to tradepost form afterwards. Of course there might come a point in the game where some worlds(4 ex

As long as wail can target any planets next to it, you still have wail overlapping....and if you have a situation where 2 or 3 high pop planets can protect each other with wail, then those planets

Well certainly unfortunate that the timing screwed you. That said, at the end of the day can't keep everyone happy. Honestly I hope you reconsider and give the game another chance once you get past your initial frustration. The game has so much potential and it's always a shame to have someone leave over as case of bad timing and perhaps less-then-deal information distribution(as you said we got forewarning on the save breaking patch

Honestly the only part I'm concerned about is the AM. Stopping hull/shield regen is a pretty significant combat buff with titans, but can be dealt with via ability shield/hull restores. The AM regen aspect though I think may need to get looked at. Titan abilities are what make titans a titan. AM drain is already very strong against titans- And unlike hull/shield repair there isn't a ton in the way of abilities that restore AM directly

As a rule of thumb, -100% usually means reduced by half. This is nice as it means a positive buff and a negative buff will always cancel out each other (I.e. if you half an amount with -100% then increase it by 100%, you're back to base value). That said I do feel compelled to mention that group shield doesn't make titan AoE "negligible". It's a very significant reduction, but remember that due to how sins math works "-86% damage taken" actually reduces

I honestly think the Ankylon is the best Titan at high levels now. Esp. if you can get both Disruption Matrix and Group Shield to max, you can basically just ignore even Titan AoE. Because of the fact that it lasts 15 seconds at max rank, you can shut down an enemy Titan's AoE for the 15 seconds it takes group shield to finish recharging after

Well day one of 1.04 has more or less been a a whine-fest about what hasn't been fixed- most focus on the still broken VR and some on wail. Well how about some positive feedback? Frankly while it didn't fix everything(which a single patch can't really be expected to), honestly I think it was a fairly productive patch. New damage type for corvettes is great, I'm stoked over what is probably the most significant AL buff since beta, and a very

But as most have seen the Advents bombs take out whole fleets at a time and is a game changer, and a moving starbase can only destroy what is on a planet. So the same can go as far to stay stipped is op for the moment but if you can hold out and keep a strong eco you can over come stripped all day long. But keeping VR banned is n

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Any changes to wail or the Eradica should be VERY carefully considered. The Advent Rebels are and always have been in a very odd position balance wise- Wail and the Eradica are a bit OP without a doubt- But here's the thing: they are also the only reason the Advent Rebels are competitive. The AI are restricted on how many supers they can build, just like everyone else. That said Auxiliary governments on starbases can prevent novaliths from flipping planets. Planetary shield generators can also at least slow down novalith bombardment. Slap these up on key worlds and go on the offensive, blowing up novaliths as you spot them. The best counter is of course to end the game before the enemy has a dozen superweapons- though to be fair this
