I addressed that in my other post... just bank the dead pop. Problem solved. If the Novalith STILL does too much damage in a universe with the "soul bank" implemented, that suggests a game-wide issue (everyone but TEC has weak bombardment mitigati
Quoting bilun, reply 43Frankly the TEC player being able to harmlessly discharge it with their fleet at a safe distance is really not much different from simply being able to prevent Wail from being used at all. Your arguments are interesting but you're throwing away the fact that the TEC player spent exponentially more researching and building said novalith(s) to counter ONE planet
It's the advent loyalist "Global Unity" technology. It's making advent culture automatically spread from all worlds rather then just the advent player's worlds. Sad thing is that when this bug gets fixed it will go back to being useless. Even with he recent tier reduction it still comes out too late in the game for an extra 1-2.5 culture spread per planet to really make much of a difference. If you buil
Incidentally Suppression doesn't have a channel anymore either. Which means domina can potentially keep multiple enemy frigates locked down at the same time. Unfortunately, with the current fear of feeding titans, the enemy may not have many front line frigates by the stage of the game domina comes out. That said, make perseverance a bit easier to use when it's needed and the Domina will be an amazing a

Subjugatign Assault has a number of problems. Despite being a really interesting idea the implementation was rather poor. the cheif issues are: 1). Too much of an AM hog. As people have said, until the titan gets to higher levels this ability will run it out of AM in no time flat. 2). Unreliable . Sometimes you steal 2 ships almost instantly, other times the coron
What about making Animosity a target-able ability? This way you get to pick what ship gets focused. But once the titan rolls out you can use it on that to have a more durable ship take the beating.
Now that would be a very good & unique solution. for: #1). Probably not a bug. In trinity what you were observing was that all capital-ships repel culture in the well they inhabit. Given a bit of time the capitalship could reliably push the enemy culture back enough to colonize(it doesn't have to move the enemy culture all the way back to the planet, usually just like halfway down the phase lane). Advent culture got a big buff in rebellion. It's very possible that your fleet's capitalships d
Don't forget that Animosity has a maximum number of targets, so you're not focusing all of the enemy's firepower on your one ship, but rather diverting a portion of enemy firepower away from say, your Titan, who'se shields are going down faster than you would like. Basically, if it works, and you have 2-3 Radiances, you can split up an enemy's firepower and severely reduce the efficiency of

Honestly I think rebellion has helped Radiance a bit already. All it really needs is for detonate antimatter to be able to target titans(only the damage & AM drain, not the ability disable) and more survivability during Animosity(maybe an extra 4/6/8/10% max shield mitigation during animosity?) so that using thata bility in late game fights is less of a mortal threat to the radiance. With 2 changes in that vein(titan-targetting for DA & some sort of surviv
Suppressing the target location's culture centers entirely might be a bit much IMO. After all the opponent does need some counter(much as all races ahve Aux government to partially defend against novaliths). That said I think it would be a good and very reasonable solution to have the deliverance engine reduce the culture output of centers in the targeted well by 40-50% for maybe 5-6 minutes(kind of like novalith debuffs only for culture product
