I just think of this idea. The 3rd weapon upgrade of Vasari SB is just increasing 30% damage of the 3 weapons. How is it to change the upgrade to "add a 4th weapon to the SB"? In Trinity it's not possible because the 3 weapon limit is hard coded, but since in Rebellion it can be even 5 weapons (say, TRT), maybe it can also change the Vasari SB? - to decrease the importance of phase missle; - and to increase the necessity of another one weapon type. But I still found Iconus autocasting Extend Shield at every second possible in beta 2c, even it was sitting at the edge of the grav well and leaving my whole fleet struggling with the enemy titan.
I haven't tried this before, but I tried another 3: money / metal / crystal lender. I am very sure I have "donated" at least 30,000 crystal and metal to my allies, and they are still locked. And another complain, the limit that giving others 100 credits / metal / crystal each time can drive one mad easily. I just became a clicking monkey for about several minutes...
But has it already been clarified whether the shield mitigation applies to the shield, or only to hull? I always found there are two opposing statements about it.
1) 2) 3) are known problem. You can check the sticky post. 4) It is also possible if you are using Corsev. And I even got some trade ships. But no useful fighting ships, not even an LRM.

At least I can confirm that the Plasma Storms failed. I just kill the AI's Titan in one Plasma Storm with 80 squadrons of bombers. But I think it has already been fixed, you can check the sticky post, "BETA 2b Known Issues" - Passive Buffs No Longer Work - Fixed internally.

The problem is that, any major change of the core mechanics may - or I should sys - is 100% percent - cause kinds of bugs, including crashes and black screens and anything you can imagine and anything you can't imagine. Well in my last game, the AI sent whole Cap fleet (Titan + 6 or 7 caps) to play circus. It repeated the jump-in-and-jump-out game for about 10 times without any delay.

Just played about 2 hours yesterday, and I found that now even 4 squadrons of bombers can threaten 5 TEC flaks. Though not effective, it is really a problem. I have encountered a problem, that no matter what change I made, the game will lose immediately after loading the map. The changes include: - remove the wormholes and the wormhole phase lanes; - add a new planet; - modify the artifact rate. I have never encountered this problem in Trinity, so I don't think is the problem of system requirement. Have any one also encountered this in Rebellion?
