Small side note. Tools/Settings/Discussion/Check for messages every ?? stuck at ten minutes. This is new as I am used to resetting it from 2 to 1 minute after a SC update so I noticed. And had suspected something simular lately. Small issue for myself as I just rightclick Rest list every couple minutes, but thought that may drag on resources. On another note; Brad I know you are an artist. And have an empassioned disposition at times. Looking over your post of late and the fencing

I would very much like to TAB to the next ship without moving the present or next ship . The present TAB & FIND buttons are frankly useless to me. And the space bar might as well not be on the keyboard. Not being snotty, it's just that I almost never would want to just skip movements of ships. I would rather it was either tab to next ship without movement, SHIFT + SPACE = tab to next planet, or be the turn button. If the ship list is up please of course have the present ship highlighted

Actually Brad gets a face lift every other week. He is only second to Micheal Jackson in the attendence with his plastic surgeon. If you zoom in on this image you can see the clips tightening the bags under his eyes. ~SDC~

Fleabitfox, It had me going for a bit too. double click on any planet, then the first time you click on those TINY buttons above you will see that the mini map is brought to the forfront and it already shows where on the map this planet is. Then you can zoom using your scroll wheel. Hope this clears this up for you. ~SDC~

Some of you don't have Stardock Central installed etc, so I thought I would plop a note in here as well. That right this MOD puts a picture of the man himself in the office of governor, as well as, as the announcer when we try to send a ship out of range. I hope they approve it. What do you think? Shall we put him to work? ~SDC~

In the options screen inside Galactic Civilizations, on the right side in the Message Options section, click on User Defined Playlist. Then in the center dialog box on this same options menu, load a playlist. Then while inside the game at the very bottom you will see the title of what is playing and arrow buttons to skip through tracks. To make a playlist use your normal favorite media player. I use Media Jukebox by JRiver myself. Anyhow save your playlist in M#U format and drop them in

Maybe obvious but thought I would plug this in. New Auto Launch toggle: Suggest a little more obvious, larger button, had my magnifying glass out. Thought i was reading the printed manual again. (Nice surprise, the sellectable planet launch.) Minimap toggel in planet screen: I imagine this is just temporary, those little suckers are hard for old men like me to focus on let alone click. Forums are coming along splendidly. The ability to throw an instant chat at someone built in would be great. Understand if that is beyond the articture of Stardock Central. All in all an addictive little program. I have spent more time browsing and posting in SC than playing any game of late. I plan to correct that though! ~SDC~

Your welcome. This morning I had planned to write something else in particular for this forum. Along the lines of patience with the, frustrated rookies and the frayed nerves of the end of day stress that turns into self doubt and quickly become anger, overworked, under released human beings that even in play can easily become bitter. It happens to us all, but for today I am pooped. So I will write it (and spell check it) another day, but soon. ~SDC~
