im useing the files that came with forge/entrenchment. i did try converting them with the diplomecy converter but it seems like it doesnt do any thing,a DOS box comes up real quick and closes. lol probally doing it wrong :( Didnt know it did a check for multi,well i wouldnt cheat in multi anyway even if there wasnt a check. Dont want to get banned.

Hi im trying to mod some files like for example give the research buildings more armor etc. But every time i try and i go to Diplomacy the game crashes :( was alot easier when it was just Entrenchment. Also how do i increase the amount of Logistics and fleet crews i get thru research? (yea i know its cheating but oh well) These mods im trying to do are for single player so no worries on me cheating in Multi,i dont believe in it. Please help.

Hi i was going to make my own post about the turrets too,but i found this. I have to agree the TEC turrets do seem kinda useless,ive had a fleet of pirates come in and ignore the 6 turrets around my Trade Station and some would break off go for my planet and the rest after my Trade Station,its like they dont consider them a threat :( . Hi i did what ya said to do with the Forge Map Editor,i saved it then i went to go play and as soon as it was done loading it said all Empires were defeated and gave me a choice to either quit or continue playing. :( Hmm something got messed up. Glad i backed up first hehe. Could it be that i used the ingame editor to make the map? plus i made it before the new patch.
