Well, since we *do* have z-axis movement... no. The no-Z-Axis structure placement... maybe.

Just to throw blood in teh water... Doesn't meth cause (very) long term / permanent effects on just about the entire body?
Ouch, poor planet. But... are you sure Homer doesn't just digest the blast, finish eating the cannon, then have to run off to the big boy's room?
Poor emp. Poor, poor emp
speaking of which I damn well wish we would switch to fricking METRIC. Agreed!
I'm sure if I sent 20 or so your bombers wouldnt be able to do bunk. 20 or so what? Flak frigates? Sure. Bombardment frigates? No way. Bombarding a planet takes a long time. Even without shield generators.
Let me rephrase: You probably have a full up fleet because if you sent those in unsupported you deserve what happens to you when my fleet arrives. Just like you suggested
Well, my flak frigates would make short work of your bombers. True, but if you have enough flak frigates to pull that off, and the bombers, you probably have a full-up fleet that'd cut through the defenses anyway.
Furthermore, how are we going to create concious computers if we do not know the definition of conciousness in the first place? Random chance? P.S.: I have read all of Asimov's books (I love him as an author) but the fact that the robots developed the zeroth law to skirt around the first law of robotics does show how po
Anyway, because of the flak priority I chose fighter crafts over flak frigates as the preferred anti-air element in my fleet. What flak priority? I haven't really noticed my flak frigates dropping all that much... not counting their distinct habit of running off to engage fighters on the other side of the enemies gauss cannon clusters.
actually its quite easy if the place isnt defended well, but even if it is its as simple as going up and over. What do you mean by that? My bombers would make short work of something anywhere in the system.
Multi, do you remember the subfolder / exact filename by any chance?
I don't enjoy the fact that my ship preferences are influenced by the AI target preference. Thats silly. Of course your choice of vessels is going to be influenced by how the enemy reacts to them. Thats like saying you don't like the carrier because the enemy is going to focus on killing it, so it should get more HPs. It's the same with flak frigates and bombardment frigates. I don't build or engage with any of
Blair will this fix existing saved games or just future saved games? Since saves aren't patch-compatible... supposedly, at least... I doubt your old ones will be saved.
1) Planets are transparent. and very transperant at that. its a little anoying to see the stars and nebula in the background very apparent through my planets. this was there in the last patch as well. so its not new. I like the idea of seeing my ships on the other side of the planet (wich i think may have been the idea) however i think the planet should not be see through but rather make the ship symbols show through the planet with a slightly different color or s
dunno about the code, but theres no textures that belongs to the Advent/Vasari. Sorry, I didn't mean code so much as I meant game resources -- graphics, data files, race stats, etc etc.
By me presenting them with the fact taking out the custom galaxy mis hap was a bad deal that was me saying they've screwed up correct it. ... You did know that it was only temporarily removed, right? They disabled it until they fix some issues with the upcoming Beta 3. But as far as yesterday goes Kyro resolved everything i had an issue with yesterday with the exception of the multiple factions i think
also, what if somebody pierces with enough bombers to kill your planet despite orbital weapons and a shield? Um, bombers can't hit planets, alas... Unless you mean bombardment frigates?
hmmm... that sounds REALLY wrong... I dunno... sounds kinda fun...
the street runs both ways lugge, and the main difference is that whores do not surpress their desire, they go at it with any willing participant. And do you honestly think (most) men wouldn't? (Edit: OK, some married men wouldn't... maybe as much as a quarter. Half. No, third...)
no... it is so much more than that... poor ron, hes prolly never eaten a good doughnut before... Oh puh-lease. So you can add different flavors to the dough, and they get covered in various things ranging from nothing, to sugar, to powdered sugar, to a chocolate / maple frosting, to having nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, to anything else on top.
I dont like the idea, as it removes the ability for someone to counter attack while you attempt to clean up. I think they're talking about something much like fighters who loose their carrier -- they're on a countdown, and eventually go "boom", but they do stick around for a (long) while.
pick feminine/its or its/feminine dont flip flop Sorry, can't
When I say whore I don't mean you can pay them to... yeah know. I mean whore as in the LOVE to do... In which case every single guy on the entire planet counts as a whore. I mean seriously, name a guy that wouldn't jump at the chance to get off (ignore clergy and the like, they just choose to repress their healthy sexual desires)
I hate to say it para, but you misread him. While the system you describe would be nice, he seemed to be talking about scrapping the capitol-ship crew research topics in favor of tactical point buildings.
